Is BBN's specific info about a proposed plea deal correct? I dunno. They very well could have been given bad info on that point. But the idea the state wants April the fuck out of there is hardly an original idea by BBN. It's been a discussion topic in this thread for a while now. They avoided charging her initially, because they were hoping she would fuck off, but she snuck back in (poorly) to continue engaging in her home wrecking ways.

I have had my account since 2017, and have only stated I think April being gone as a plea condition could be true. Not that it's bonafide fact. To their credit, BBN has also said this could be bullshit. I see nobody here accepting it as the gospel. I think you're being unfair. I think most people here express the right amount of skepticism. Regardless, something weird happened the other day that spooked Nick out of accepting a plea deal that it looked like he was willing to accept, and forced this back to next month.

I've seen quite a few plea deals but I have never seen a solitary instance in which living with or without someone else was a condition of it except in domestic violence situations. I think in terms of the prosecution, at least, that the state telling him to get rid of April is highly unlikely.
