Some random updates:

1. BBN is straight up denying being Kinochet:
View attachment 6696785View attachment 6696786
Is Kinochet American? There are some distinct non-American (British?) hints on the account such as "apologise," "dastardly," and an incisive ability to insult. (Fwiw, I don't care who it is. I find the account to be very entertaining.)

2. Scarebro is verifying BBN's rumor about the no-contact with April issue:

Archive for all screenshots.

3. I think we can safely dismiss the idea that April is leaving due to HOA questions. She's watching Ana Kasparian. Ana recently discussed HOAs and a Trumper named Jeff who Ana likes (1:20:00). This is making the rounds in conservative media. There are reasons April would be tracking Ana. (Also, Aaron covered the clip of Ana.)

Edit: Tiny clean ups
What if we have gone full fightclub..and BBN is Nick Rekeita's alternate personality..the side of him that knows he has become a degenerate loser trying to fight back against the Corner Demon Possessed Crackhead?

To anyone else in a similar situation, having the ability to drop the charge of being a child abuser via child neglect to instead have a deferred/suspended sentence for something most people don't actually give a shit about would be an incredible blessing. But being unable/unwilling to accept it because it'd require you to have to abandon your 5/10 stanky pussy side-piece while you get to keep your wife (who probably hates you, and you deserve it) and children (who probably are going to hate you, and you'd deserve it) is a level beyond my comprehension. But you'd not be in this situation if you didn't have a fucking 5/10 side-piece to begin with. It should be the easiest fucking conversation in the world to tell April to get the fuck out, I'm choosing my family, but Nick refuses to (and in the most generous interpretation, probably because he can't, or she'd fuck him over). But I'm just a non-Scandinavian incel prude or something.

For Thanksgiving this year, be thankful you are not Nick Rekieta.

Suffah, you impotent, malignant tumor on society. You deserve the fucking worst. I hope you choke on whatever you can manage to fit into your lying fucking mouth.

You know how every 70-90s sitcom had the episode where some inept dude has to be in two places at once because he couldn't say no to either of them? Just imagine Nick making increasingly ridiculous excuses to leave the table to scurry across the woods to his whore's sad one person festivities to keep her from Tweeting retarded shit.

Now insert the laugh track.

That would be massive over-reach on the part of the court.

2. Scarebro is verifying BBN's rumor about the no-contact with April issue:

It's probably not April specifically. Restricting contact with non-family people accused or convicted of drug felonies is common probation restriction.

Personally, I believe they charged April to control the interaction. They waited to charge until right before kids returned and April was still living next door.

With the same preamble as you that I don't believe it's what happened, there was actually a study posted in the MNPublicRecords CHIPS file thread which found test-significant amounts of benzoy did form in samples from subjects who had street cocaine rubbed into their hair under otherwise normal conditions.

The studies showed the hair had to be soaked in a solution for a significant period and it rubbed into the hair.

More germane were the studies that showed children of addicts tested positive at very high rates.

Nah, Nick and Kayla will have to be on their best behavior and play the most thankful and happy family today for Grandma & Grandpa Trustfund. Nick putting the case to rest and putting on a good dad behavior show is the only way he gets his parents to fuck off to Florida after the holiday season or by NYE.
And it wouldn't surprise me if Celeste and Bob just have a caterer provide a full Thanksgiving spread or take the family out for Thanksgiving lunch.

If you go back through the thread, you will note that people floated that theory months ago, before BBN even was a thing. People were also mocking Nick for having April attend her court hearings, from Nick's streaming room, in full view of the state and everyone.

Then, BBN, who some people here (not me) are convinced is Kinochet, also suggests the state wants her gone, and the idea suddenly doesn't make sense?

That doesn't make sense to me. If it made sense before, why wouldn't it now?

Is BBN's specific info about a proposed plea deal correct? I dunno. They very well could have been given bad info on that point. But the idea the state wants April the fuck out of there is hardly an original idea by BBN. It's been a discussion topic in this thread for a while now. They avoided charging her initially, because they were hoping she would fuck off, but she snuck back in (poorly) to continue engaging in her home wrecking ways.

Plus, as I've said before, the idea that he went through all this shit only to lose his side bitch in the end would be an amusing outcome. He'd be right back where he started, only with a ruined e-career.

My assessment earlier seems to be correct. If this is Faggotchet running the account he is not running it alone which is why the slight difference in posting styles. Very interesting how this account feels the need to clarify that there is no affiliation with Homochet...
I hope it's not Kinochet, because I hope Kinochet has already killed himself

Ahead of you on that one:
What if BBN was Nick Rekieta's alternate personality that breaks though occasionally in an attempt to free himself of the alcohol and drug addled state that was killing their shared body? Would explain the insider information and the inability to determine their identity.

The suggestion months ago was that CHIPS had a problem with April living with the Rekietas and that April being a visible part of Nick's life wasn't a good look in terms of the CHIPS case. Her presence or absence has only ever been relevant to the criminal proceedings in respect to her own charges and whether or not she would flip on Nick and Kayla.

Whether or not Nick is fucking April is utterly irrelevant to the criminal case against Nick. It's not even relevant to the charges against April, only whether she was living with Nick and Kayla at the time of the search is because if she can be proven to have been living with them at the time of the search then constructive possession comes into play.

I don't know whether it's because we've had a huge influx of newbies this year but people seem unusually willing to accept unsubstantiated statements from dubious sources as fact and run with them as if they are established truth. It's effectively turned this into a chat thread rather than a credible source of information.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone, hope you enjoy time with your family. Hopefully you don't have a Thanksgiving like the Rekietas,

This is the best the AI did trying to capture a Rekieta family Thanksgiving feast.
Have Ralph attend as Tiny Tim. But instead of 'God bless us, everyone' it's GOD BLESS THE GOAALLLL
I want to believe that Nick tried to stop drinking, poured all his sweet whisky out...and then the next day ripped the doors off the underside of the sink trying to get at that sweet whisky stored in the sink trap.
And his friend isn't even alive to fix the cabinets, what a tragedy indeed.

CPS = The state.
The Prosecution = The state.

They almost certainly talk to one another. They could both have a problem with her living there. And with good reason.

I have had my account since 2017, and have only stated I think April being gone as a plea condition could be true. Not that it's bonafide fact. To their credit, BBN has also said this could be bullshit. I see nobody here accepting it as the gospel. I think you're being unfair. I think most people here express the right amount of skepticism. Anything coming from the KC, for example.

Regardless, something weird happened the other day that spooked Nick out of accepting a plea deal that it looked like he was willing to accept, and forced this back to next month.

April being gone as a plea condition could be true.
I've seen quite a few plea deals but I have never seen a solitary instance in which living with or without someone else was a condition of it except in domestic violence situations. I think in terms of the prosecution, at least, that the state telling him to get rid of April is highly unlikely.
