I think April was 5th degree which at worst is gross misdemeanour Meaning not a felony.

She is a known drug user. It does not matter felony vs. misdemeanour. Once you are on probation, they can fuck your shit up because they set the rules.

Bottom line: We do not know what the deal offered was (or if one was offered at all). This is all theory-crafting to pass the time until the next Balldo happening. It is nothing to get so worked up over. BBN and Scarebro have heard rumours. That is all.

Nick is probably stuck spending time with his children at a family function today. He might get on Twitter and sperg a bit, but do not expect too much activity.

Due to the severity and improbability of the scenario, I choose not to believe in this hypothesis, despite the well-researched post you published.

I think BBN is just giving too much attention to rumors to provoke a reaction from Rekieta
Makes sense with the whole "we need to monitor someone all night" incident that happened a while back.

April is charged with a felony.

I know people are interpreting the "anathema" comment that way, but I think that's backwards. There is no universe in which Nick Rekieta characterizes pleading out as "the right thing to do."
"Anathema" quite literally means the worst kind of sin, it derives from the kind that gets you excommunicated.

There's no way he considers fighting charges "anathema" unless he actually doesn't know what the word means.

It's a felony, it's right there on the docket.

I think the actual odds of her being convicted of it as a felony are very low, even if she doesn't play ball, but she is charged with a felony, albeit one of the weakest felonies you can cop.

The bottom line is Nick's biggest mistake was not being able to control his blind narcissistic rage against his former lover Aaron, and starting a very foolish smear campaign (cybercrime/Google acct) against him without thinking of the inevitable consequences. Second biggest mistake was trusting an equally narcissistic fat sack of shit like Patrick Melton with Aaron's private info. Possibly Ethan Ralph too. This ending is going to be EPIC!

Nick threw it all away for sin.

Like that meme of the bicycle rider who jams his own front wheel, but the stick is the word SIN and then he blames Evil Gubmint God.

So is it confirmed Nick pleaded guilty. Kino casino says he did but I can’t find confirmation.
Unless they got a new source it's speculation based on the fact they scheduled another plea hearing for December

A popular theory is they gave him the option and he wanted a couple weeks to decide

The second conference date in December includes a notification to Harding and Null. This detail is really bugging me. Why would they notify two people who aren't a party to the case? It has to be about the bodycam video request. I'm worried that the court is going to suppress it and refuse to sell it to Null, because Rekeita is taking a plea.

I hope you aren't right, but it makes sense if that is the case. Come on Ape, take Null's deal.
