Certain biblical descriptions claim Leviathan is a dragon like monster with seven heads. I imagine for simplicity they cut the number of heads down to two for her design. I want to see more of Belphagor she looked cute.

Yeah, that’s disappointing as hell. I absolutely love aquatic designs, but just like 90% of Viv’s characters, it’s just too cluttered and messy, and reeks of wasted potential. Seriously, there’s so many better ways to do a multiheaded sea dragon or draconic siren representing Envy, but this just ain’t it. I’m actually getting tempted to try a redesign for once.

Mmmm...If we'd go by rough percentage, I'd def say roughly 80% of fics I saw where it's permanent. 10% leaves it more ambigious and 10% rest is the happy ending thing.
