One of my homies who reads fanfic's, mentions how most fics tried to have Adam be redeemed, as if what he did was LE BAD.
Yeah, I’ve seen that too.

I’m not the biggest fan of Adam, I have to admit that he did have a point. The Sinners earned in hell earned damnation.

As a Christian, I do believe that people can be redeemed but most of the sinners in Hazbin Hotel, don’t want to be redeemed.

Look at the Vees, they’re a bunch of assholes and they don’t care.

You can’t save a soul that doesn’t want to be saved.

She honest to God creeps me out.
I feel you, man.

Yaoi nerds like Vizie creep me out too.

They’re so disgusting.

I think one way a redemption story with Adam could only work, if like say there was encounters with souls which have a sort off "Wait, do you belong here even?", like with Pentious and Husk. Sure, they're a rarity, but what if there were similar souls like 'em

Vivzie gives weird vibes. She's probably one of those girls that smells funny and tries to cover it up with body spray.

Episode 11 wasn't bad.
Song wasn't great, modern musicals have ruined everything forever.
Something something rich elites get away with stuff the peasantry would be executed for blah blah politics.
The "rich guy loses everything and has to slum it" trope has been done to death BUT it is a potential setup for comedy, which is what I watch the show for.
Shoutout to the artists that put the background stuff together. Visually interesting, I went back and rewatched a few scenes muted to see what was going on back there. Good stuff.

Bottom line -I was entertained for 22 minutes, therefor I approve.

So I saw the episode

Pros:

- Watching Stolas suffer is worth it, even if he does get a slap on the wrist later, the small bit of amusement of getting shit thrown at him is still funny, and everyone hate him too is a better thing. Hell I hope a running gag (even if unlikely) is Stolas getting bullied by the regular imps.

- Everyone meant to be seen as "bad guy" were more entertaining in this episode (Including the Gay Ice Owl, Andrea, he did nothing wrong).

- Mammon is cool, and did nothing wrong.

- The designs for Leviathan and Belphegor were pretty nice. Though that's usual with a lot of the background characters in this show, which isn't bad because I really like the designs of the locations and other background characters were cool..

- Satan is also a pretty cool character, his draconic design is really a great dragon design.

- The whole interns joke and attempting to destroy the office jokes were funny.

Neutral:

- Its nice to know that Stella isn't openly acting like a bad mom to Octavia, though its clear she is just manipulating her, because of course Stella has to be the most evil character ever.

Cons:

= All the emotional shit felt really forced especially with how rushed this whole episode comes across. At least with Hazbin's court episode, that had the excuse of Viv being limited to 8 episodes and no possibility of having a second season at the time.

- Apology tour is even more pointless since the whole ending of that episode really is meaningless now that Stolas is living with Blitzo now, and openly shows that he still loves Blitzo.

- Vassago is very annoying, literally his only character trait is being a Stolas dickrider.

- Asmodeus and Kesha literally had their one reason of defending Blitzo being that he's just a cool guy to hang around with, Mammon did nothing wrong in bullying them.

- The entire song was very cringeworthy, felt off-tempo, and Brandon + Stolas' VA really do not work as a duet unless it is for comedic songs.

- Guaranteed the whole Octavia hates Stolas thing is now going to be because she is manipulated by Stella and her evil uncle along with taking Stolas' gay little song at face value (hopefully though that will be the last scene of season 2, just so I can pretend Season 3 is a dream)

Just listening to this guy speak and I already hate his character.

Read Hell's Coming With Me, it has Adam coming back from the dead as an omega-based Overlord and dabbing on absolutely everyone with facts & logic (and occasionally anime-tier superpowers)

Helluva Boss is getting an official Russian dub and yet still some whiners couldn’t keep their political views to themselves.

I'm getting sick of the word "community" being thrown around for just about anything. And these are the same people who worry about black/brown people being targeted for what criminals that share their skin color do.

As for the new episode, it was another middle-of-the-road for me like the previous one. The crew destroying their business feels appropriate as this series has given up on the hitman job.
I want to see more of Belphagor she looked cute.
I like how she basically was asleep throughout the whole episode since she is Sloth. The duck to stand in for Lucifer was a nice reference and probably the only one to indicate both shows take place in the same world.
Agreed with Satan, tho idk What the fuck is this Leviathan design???

It's the small waist for me. Having two heads and a wide chest but still an hourglass figure just feels off.

-Andrealphus calling his sister hot not once but twice, second time in public, is eye brow raising since i thought vivzie revealed he was canonically gay? He will not live down the incest allegations...

-Reddit is fucking livid about Stella "manipulating" octavia and calling it "literally abuse". This is funny cause the show keeps joking (with andre) that Stella is kinda stupid and doesn't think things at all, yet reddit thinks he's a top tier gaslighter.

(projection)

-Andre's plan relying entirely on Stolas saving Blitzo makes no sense with HIS knowledge and extremely risk and insane, bordering on meta omnisicence. Like, sure WE know Stolas loves Blitzo to do but HE DIDN'T. Also, if Stolas was taking a shit at that moment, blitzo would die and the plan would fail.

-How was Stella aware that Stolas gave the grimoire to blitzo??? I don't remember her knowing that. Also how did she know Stolas was sad about breaking up with Blitzo? I thought Stolas was happier after apology tour? This is just tell don't know from a character who shouldn't know any of this.

-I know the system is corrupt yadayada but the trial literally had zero actual evidence on Blitzo. You could at least bring the grimoire and say it shows multiple records of earth portals and blitzo didn't have an asmodian crystal but nope, it's literally just Andre (who isn't royalty afaik) just accuses an imp and it's death time. No one even brings this up.

-Stolas losing his title for 100 years is big for him. It sounds irrelevant cause he's immortal but Stolas is the same age as blitzo, he did not live long enough for this to feel like a breeze. By the time he recovers his title, that's almost 3/4 of his life not being a prince. Get fucked.

tl;dr:
+Satan design is cool
+Blitzo getting respected by imps was surprisingly nice and wholesome
-Stolas and blitzo singing together was bad, its like brandon wasnt trying
-This is some yaoi gourmet shit
-Stolas punishment wasnt convincing enough cause we know it's just an excuse to keep him and blitzo together.

3/10

"Sorry I fucked your husband!", plus Stolas probably admitted to her what happened to the grimoire.

Because imps ain't worth shit. They ain't entitled to jack. Like, the only reason two of the Sins didn't go ahead with executing is because they knew the accused. Had it been literally anyone else, they wouldn't have given a singular shit.

Azzie could've murked the whole building and no one've lifted a finger. Unfortunately, he wanted to make a example out of the imps and Stolas, thus the trial.

So something that's confusing me from this episode is that they refused to kill Stolas because he was too valuable to them, yet they were fine punishing him by stripping him of his rank and powers, and giving them to Andrealphus. So what purpose does he even have to them if they can just hand his powers over to someone else. They could've just killed him and handed over his powers nonetheless.

And yes I know this was just an excuse so that Stolas and Blitzo can remain together, it's still incredibly ridiculous writing to me. They could've at least had some clarification on why his life would've still been important to them.

The only thing that I could think of and this is a stretch is to purposefully be open about that so Stolas can be used as a punching bag by the lower class. Especially with the gay little song and dance he did in court.

But as I say that is just a stretch and I'm thinking about it way harder than I have any right too.

>Stolas probably admitted offscreen to the person he absolute hates and knows wants to ruin his life that he commited a huge crime

What is this rwby tier headcanon lol. i don't believe it and i don't see any logical reason why Stolas would do this.

It's also weird cause like, the only time we see Stolas doing any "work" is signing papers in a music video.

If you can go 100 years without needing Stolas to do his job, then you don't need Stolas at all.
