Just a reminder that this season had everything going for it at least at two different points and sky was the limit. We had an Alex, a Burt, a bunch of good reactive fish with different personalities, and two god tier gaslights (Hulu and computer).
After the reveal the season once again had everything going for it. Even though the shift was rocky we still had an Alex, a Burt, freeloaders who started slow but came into their own and felt like family, a solid cast to bounce off of Alex and Burt, and perhaps the greatest day in Fishtank history with an ogre wife, a wild randy, the realest romance in fishtank history with an actual confession, and a clear path forward.
Same mistakes as the previous seasons so far. Impulsive decisions motivated by emotion. Repeated freeloaders who do more harm than good. Rehashed challenges. Targeting content drivers. Prioritizing short term content over long term sustainability. And favoring goranian over neptunian.
They could always turn things around somehow, but it’s unlikely with only six days to go.
