Specifially I think I recall Tiny telling her that the audio was poor quality because his phone was in his pocket or otherwise obscured. In many states in the US it is illegal to record even a conversation without the consent of both parties, so it should almost certainly be illegal to record a person engaging in a sex act without their consent. Certainly if they did not consent to Destiny recording it (he recorded them secretly) then they could not have consented to him sending them to Rose.
I made this account just to post this reply. Haven't seen anyone mention this and this is one of the more illegal acts Tiny committed and admitted in the logs. I apologize, it's an old video and they were still dating at the time, Melina allegedly agreed for the nudes to be sent around with one group of girls, but destiny continued to send them out after the fact, to other girls w/o making sure it was OK with Melina first.
