Fellas, this right here is why Metals are king.

This is a screenshot of a big Brazilian seller taken as of the writing of this post (Nov 28th, 2024) and it shows a 1oz silver round that was for sale and on sale (currently out of stock, possibly because it went on sale).

They are charging 380BRL for it, or 360BRL if you pay up front.

At the start of the year? Here is a shot from the wayback machine:

Our government is blowing through money at a rate similar to fucking Ukraine, without the excuse of a war. We are literally accuring debt at wartime levels. The fat commie Lula seized power in 2022, and from the moment he took over in 2023 he managed to take a country that was 54 Billion BRL on the green to now being almost 180 Billion BRL on the red. And speeding up.

And this is what the prices looked like in 2019, before Covid caused a global run on metals.

I got a 5oz bar on the site for around 940BRL at the start of the year. The listing no longer exists, but the closest one from the same mint for 10oz is now over 3500BRL, meaning the same 5oz would be likely over 1400BRL today.

"Official" inflation figures for the year are like 5%. It's plain bullshit.

At least some of the price increase is attributable to numismatics. I don't know if Brazil has generic silver rounds the way we Ameritards do, but if you do, I think comparing the price increases between that generic silver would be a better comparison.

But you ain't wrong. Socialist retards have no clue about the value of money.

APMEX is having a special on 1 gram of second-hand platinum; price at spot, 1 per customer, while supplies last.

I tried explaining to someone in FF14 on why I stack precious metals, because they said they didn't get it. As a quick aside, I'm not sure why I even fucking try; majority of the playerbase are sexual alphabet lunatics and commies, but I repeat myself. But pretty much said some people trade like stocks as the prices go up and down, but I hold to hold, and only if a God forbid catastrophe happens, because they hold value, I should be able to trade them at a plus compared to paper money; and if I die and still have them, I can pass them on. Biggest fucking irony are people who bitch about boomers, shitty economy, and everything else; but don't seem to understand stashing, future proofing, or God forbid passing it on to your children or grand children. And they ask why do they even hold value; look man, aside from being used for computers and electronics and shit, I don't fucking know why rulers and bankers and everyone fucking chased gold and silver; but they did, and still do, and I don't think hundreds to thousands of years of behavior are gonna change because... fucking whatever. But yeah, they burn through money, and it's everyone else's fault.

And they ask why do they even hold value; look man, aside from being used for computers, indestructible money, and electronics and shit, I don't fucking know why rulers and bankers and everyone fucking chased gold and silver; but they did, and still do, and I don't think hundreds to thousands of years of behavior are gonna change because... fucking whatever. Give em' one of these...

Gold - Monetary metal, King's coin, fungible, virtually indestructible, extra rare, does not tarnish, representative of Sol, can't be printed like Rothschild Kike Debt.

Silver - Monetary metal, Gentleman's coin, fungible, extreme electrical conductor, rare, anti-microbial, anti-fungal, used and WILL be used more and more in the tech/medical industries (both fast growing fields), found in most electronic devices, representative of Luna, also can't be printed like Rothschild Kike Debt.

The main point - is to not let Bankerheebs gain control over the issuance of your people's fiat currency, nor let them wean your people off of Gold and Silver. All fiat currencies return to their intrinsic "value" of nothing. No attempted fiat system has ever escaped this fate throughout history. Even Voltaire was saying fiat is fucking shit, and hundreds of years ago at that. Iudea Delenda Est.

I found this web site where people selllgold for 500 dollars under spot! I just got 2 gold eagles for 3k! who ever created Craigslist thank you! the crack head who sold it to me was happy, and so was I the buyer!

its good to meet up in crowded areas, and have self defence at the ready, and know the product your buying.

Monument Metals has at spot:

- 2024 American Silver Eagle
- lot of four St. Helena 1.25oz silver coins (I have one, these are nice)
- lot of two random Canadian 1.5 oz silver coins (I have some of these, usually wildlife designs, they're fun)
- 1/4 oz sovereign mint gold coin

This was a lie.
Thanks for sharing!

I took advantage of the 3 1.5 oz Canadian silver coins and the 1/4 oz sovereign gold coin. Getting gold at spot is an almost no-brainer.

Here's my current collection of Silver, Gold and Platinum Maple Leafs. All worth almost 10,000 in Canadian Dollars.

great collection! I like the beautiful simplicity of the Canadian Maple Leaf coin.

You can see King Charles' schnoz on that brit-tish coin from the top of the Empire State building.

My first purchase got here. 6.5 ounces in all.

I already want more, but I'm not going to order more until the price chart stops looking like the signature of a parkinson's patient for a minute (so probably never).

What are the other types of metal you can buy besides silver/gold/plat? I might get some copper but I’m not sure if it has the same use as the others.

For those who stack silver and gold. Many people often come to the conclusion to buy Silver Rounds and Bars, Junk Silver, 1oz Silver and Gold Bullion and Gold Bars and often to avoid Fractional Gold (Because stacking them to an ounce costs more than just getting the one ounce in it's own, If you can't afford an ounce of gold, a half or quarter ounce doesn't hurt too much), Premium Silver and Gold (Because it's more expensive for the same amount of ounce as the bullion, Unless you don't buy for stacking, it's not much worth it and you'd likely get less if you trade it in) and Jewelry (Because it isn't worth much when trading in and is often less than even 22karat).

Yes. All these links are from JM Bullion:
I have no idea how these are as investments. Buy at your own risk.
These metals often fluctuate immensely in price. Even Platinum since 2011 has been worth less than gold and Palladium has a very unstable price range. There also exists other metals people trade such as Osmium, Iridium, Rhodium, Ruthenium and Rhenium. Though Rhodium is a lot more valuable than gold currently. It's price still fluctuates a lot so it's still pretty risky. Osmium seem to surge a little in popularity due to it being 1,500 times rarer than gold and 30 times more expensive and is the rarest precious metal thus far. Though I wouldn't recommend stacking them without doing research.

Buffalo's are a great place to start that's where I started. Premiums are low, and the metal is pure. I use them now days as stocking stuffers. Other then American eagles and sovereign mints the buffalos is the next best thing.
