Greta Gustava Martela / Kjel Anderson & Nina Chaubal / Niraj Chaubal - Stole $350k+ from Trans Lifeline, kill count of 2+ from negligence, Founders of Sisterwood/La Zorra.

I'd love to know how a delay of a few days in returning home somehow put Greta two weeks behind on work. As she wasn't driving while Nina was cooling her heels in detention, and she wasn't spending 24/7 at the detention centre, she had plenty of time to catch up on work.

I could ask the relative I mentioned earlier in the thread what a federal background check could potentially reveal. But then I'd have to explain my involvement here.
Doxing isn't illegal, mate. What you do with the information gathered, on the other hand, comes into play with your local/state laws, and the laws of the individual's residence.

Correct me if I'm wrong on any of that, legalkiwis, I'm going off experience here.

(Greta+a few days)/:autism:= two weeks

The link you provided requires a login to read it. Anyway, yeah, I looked at their budget in their 2015 report (I'm trying to attach it to this but it's not working: maybe my connection is too slow), and they state clearly in there that travel is 26k, and Greta takes 24k, and their estimated income (they extrapolated for Nov and Dec) was 88k. So they themselves admit almost 57% of their income goes to Greta and their incessant traveling.
So to cut to the chase, Greta could have taken that 10k from saved up earnings instead of tugging on people's pockets like Oliver Twist, but either was too greedy to part with a few bills, or somehow managed to fucking blow the entire stack on unnecessary ventures.

I'm running by what a friend from Cali says about real estate there, which would be roughly 10k a month on a payment? That's still 12k-ish to spend on groceries, clothes, and toiletries, and pay the bills, while still having some left over to gain interest.

Edit: Saw the Nina archive link.

"we will not engage in an active rescue without your consent"

This is why a hotline's caller was found dead from intentional overdose. Because for some dumb reason, Nina, Greta, and all the other troons of the hive expect a caller to say "yes call the cops" before hanging up emotionally.

They aren't zombies, Nina. They're human beings in self-induced comas.

Oh, yes, I noticed this and have mentioned they themselves admit a precipitous decline in answered calls in 2015. As far as I know, they haven't released a report for 2016, but they've only gotten worse in that regard.

Oh, I didn't realize Nina had made that steaming pile of ultra-SJW horseshit part of TLL's operator training. I'll have to include that in the litany of bullshit and insanity coming from both Nina and TLL as an organization. I mean, fucking seriously, who would actually believe we should abolish the police? Who do they think will assist and protect them when someone tries to murder them or rob their house? Even if the whole country was black and trans they'd still need police and a justice system.

JaimArchive is kind of being a bitch right now. Here's the actual link. I updated the links to boot in the post above as well.

Thanks!

edit: their math is so shoddy, all over the place. They claim around 70 calls a day, but then say they had around 15,000 calls in a year - but 70 x 365 is 25,550, ten thousand calls more than hey claimed. And out of those calls - be it 15k or 25k - even by their own admission, they answered only 6k.

More of the "we don't need police" mentality.

Except what does Phil, Greta, and Co do the moment something goes wrong or someone "threatens" them? Go straight to the police for help.

I think these people forget that police are literally the only reason why murders, rapists, and other dangerous criminals are off the streets in the first place. So people from TLL are basically saying that if one of their own were assaulted, they wouldn't call police? They'd somehow handle it themselves? I call bullshit.

They had no problem with trying to get the FBI to shut down the farms.

Taj James, for the uninitiated, is a HuffPo-employed whackjob who believes that the police exist solely to exterminate black people, and who routinely posts shit that makes my longposts look like a "lol calm down" in contrast.

Ah, Taj James. Funny that name keeps coming up when I talk to people about these troons.
Why am I not surprised that this Huffpo goon is also one of Pajeet's ideological gurus.
Taj James also has long fingers stuck in the SF social justice pie. I believe they dubbed him a social hero or some crap. As well as ties to the Rockefeller Foundation and a generalized love of anything that creates problems in society, no wonder the brown one's keen on him.

So what I'm getting from all this is that Greta is fundamentally not qualified for the job she has elected herself to do.
Firstly, she's only been openly trans since 2013. I kind of assumed it had been longer, given that she's basically made herself a figurehead, dealing actively with very severe and complex problems. I mean, CWC has been trans longer than that. Basically it sounds like unstable people are being put in the hands of people who are themselves potentially uncertain about their identities.

I find it disturbing that their agenda involves pushing the narrative that trans people are constantly being persecuted. I'm not going to deny that there is transphobic violence, I'm not even going to deny that there have been instances of transphobic violence by members of the police. But if a person is at risk now, they need someone who can help them directly, fee-fees be damned. If someone is suicidal, they are not mentally stable and therefore it is perfectly justified to call emergency services against their wishes. A theoretical fear of transphobic violence based on paranoia is not a valid reason for denying someone the immediate help they need.

What throws up a red flag for me is that their reasons for believing they shouldn't call emergency services are based, according to the FAQ, on "our participatory research." No details are given as to what this research entailed. For all we know, Greta might just have gone around to her mates and said, "The police want to kill us, do you trust them?" I'd rather see an independent study on the subject.

I'm not even going to bother talking about the flaws with their anti-police argument - any adult can see how shallow and stupid it is.

Basically, Greta and pals believe in this narrative of hatred and paranoia where there are enemies everywhere and even getting through the day is a miracle for a trans person. It bothers me that someone with that mindset is taken seriously as a source of comfort and assistance to other trans people - that attitude is not going to help anyone and will probably make things worse. They're no more qualified to run a trans helpline than a homeopath is to perform surgery.

So yeah, I would like to see official channels rather than idiots like Miley Cyrus taking a good, hard look at TLL, because it seems like a money-spinning game to Greta and Nina, a means of validating their own beliefs and identity rather than actually helping others.

Official channels can only investigate breaches of actual regulations/laws. You can have a totally batshit agenda without violating any regulations, and every area of social justice has plenty of small non-profits which are pretty much just extensions of the founder's ego.

More credible organisations are unlikely to outright condemn them, they just won't endorse them or give them money. So they'll remain largely dependent on donations from those who support their battshittery rather than the broader queer community and its allies, and they'll have trouble attracting any significant institutional funding.

If the community itself likes the idea of a trans only hotline but not the execution, then eventually a more credible service will spring up. TLL doesn't really pitch to the more mainstream queer community, so it's supporters pretty much self-select. Someone who believes in active rescue or who isn't hostile towards police and cis people is unlikely to support TLL. They pitch to a very narrow audience and that audience is unlikely to complain about them being "unconventional" because their supporters are "fuck da rulz" people anyway (as the reaction to Nina's detention made extremely apparent).

A little OT but...
3.) Is there anyway those two documents could also be presented in a PDF format? Maybe I'm in an extreme minority, but I and others don't have Microsoft Office, but I believe everyone has the Adobe program for PDFs.

grab yourself LibreOffice or Office365 fella.

They are open source alternatives to Windows and are (mostly) compatible with Windows Office.

Yeah, considering her age and she wasn't at all a sheltered person most of this time, it is surprising she somewhat abruptly went from male to female. Even from posts from 2009 or 2010 as Kjel, he had short masculine hair, had a beard. I wonder what finally caused the shift. If she hasn't actually transitioned beyond the hair, it's possible this is all feigned. If she's had the SRS and everything, that would be extremely unlikely, but also puzzling. Isn't she nearing 50?

I've actually contemplated that. I suspect a high proportion of her respondents were within her sphere of influence already. If I ask my friends to take a poll, their answers will be more congruent with my outlooks and attitudes than those of the general population. We all know what her friends are like.

Basically, Greta and pals believe in this narrative of hatred and paranoia where there are enemies everywhere and even getting through the day is a miracle for a trans person.

This is one reason I despise them. I revile this needless fostering of terror and mistrust that they and others are perpetrating. A fair number of trans activists do this, and the result is they're helping to keep themselves emotionally unwell. Discrimination in less severe forms is quite high for them, but hate violence and wanton discrimination by police or doctors is pretty unusual. Most really don't care enough to fight them over it, and that's applicable to virtually every other scenario. People inherently dislike causing suffering and conflict directly in someone's face.

More credible organisations are unlikely to outright condemn them, they just won't endorse them or give them money.

I suspect you're right. I heavily suspect they already know of TLL and quietly ridicule them to an extent, but they probably don't know as much as we do.

Honestly, I believe there wasn't a transgender-specific suicide line before TLL because there wasn't a genuine need. I'm sure at least one general all-ages LGBT line has existed for a good while now, and it's just implausible that enough operators of a regular or LGBT suicide line are openly transphobic for it to be a real problem. TLL panders to the more militant and paranoid crowd.

The Trevor Project exists, as do other LGBT crisis lines. However, another group towards whom TLL is fairly hostile is cis gay men - the group which is most influential within most LGBT organisations.

I believe they've done fundraising in TLL's name, right?

Yes, I'm pretty sure one of @LordKaT's episodes (probably the first) mentions that Greta used a TLL's social media account to promote a GoFundMe (or similar) for her dental work. if that's the case this is probably more than likely archived in this thread - before page 200 or so is my guess.

Is there anyway those two documents could also be presented in a PDF format?

I have generated one and put it on the wiki page. It was a bit of a lazy job and I didn't notice some formatting was off but it works and it's there.

Greta and Nina never manned phones. They were traveling instead.

This is not mutually exclusive. TLL service is distributed geographically and is served from their central to volunteers everywhere around the country. Nina and Greta could absolutely be taking calls while the other one is driving.

Even from posts from 2009 or 2010 as Kjel, he had short masculine hair, had a beard. I wonder what finally caused the shift.

Kjel clearly had the most catastrophic mid-life crisis ever documented:

After reading through 60 pages of this on the last few days what I must say is that Greta has had the worst mid-life crisis I've ever seen or heard of. He must've been really fucking miserable before if this sad state of affairs is even remotely any better than being married with children.

I just know that somewhere there are an ex-wife and child who must be really heartbroken and disappointed over dad's life choices, way worse than we are.

Believe me, it's a billion times easier to get a copy of a divorce/marriage record than it is to pursue a defensive asylum claim. The fact they are taking the asylum route demonstrates at this point Greta and Nina aren't legally married. Now, they could rectify that matter by getting legally married in the next few weeks - if they don't then that's all the evidence one needs that something very shady is in Greta's past that she's covering up /avoiding even at the cost of Nina's ass being sent back to India.

Or is it possible Greta would be committing the crime of bigamy by marrying Nina?

Yes, still being legally married could be the reason they couldn't prove the marriage was legit and she now appears to be leaving Nina out to dry in a defensive asylum proceeding.

I'm sure a chucklefuck like Greta just assumed getting a piece of paper signed and troon party in SF would be all that was needed to get Nina's greencard. She was probably shocked USCIS wanted documentation of the chain of marriages to prove that the current one was legitimate and legal.

USCIS deals with serial marriage people, there is a whole underground industry of immigrants paying approximately $10,000 for a marriage to a US citizen or even friends marrying the person as a favor. With this in mind their fist step is documenting that the marriage is legal and examining the marriage history of the US citizen. If they can't pony up the documentation to prove the marriage is even legal/valid USCIS doesn't have to waste anymore of their time and deny it right there, if they can prove the marriage is legal then it's on to the next step of having to prove the marriage is genuine and not an arrangement for money or anything other than a love match.

Perversely, especially considering the scummy nature of both parties to this marriage, it doesn't actually seem to be a pure sham marriage in the sense of an arrangement for money purely intended to get a green card.

So far as I can tell, Greta and Nina are actually a couple, and it would be hard to find anyone more biased against them than I am.

Not that that is or even should be a guaranteed pass to citizenship. I think it shouldn't be in this case.

No I agree, they seem to be a legit couple. But you gotta question Greta's actual commitment to the relationship if she's now refusing to do what's necessary to make it truly legal and legit marriage rather than make Nina go through the hell of defensive asylum.

I mean that's a real WTF is going on in Greta's past. Just get a divorce (if needed) and marry Nina, then Nina has a easy pathway to a greencard but instead she's royally fucking Nina by refusing to do that.

One thing I thought is maybe they are just using it as a excuse to fundraise, make sure immigration doesn't fuck with them. If you would indicate you just tried to claim asylum to buy time to get married, that wouldn't make ICE very happy and they could go after you for fraud. So maybe they are just sticking to the asylum claim because it's an excellent money spinner/don't want to get fraud charges and two months from now they will get married and tell everyone they used the asylum money raised for a troon honeymoon and your a transphobes if you complain!

However, even if that's the plan they still need to pay a lawyer thousands to ensure they buy time with the asylum bid while trying to get legal via marraige - and will need the lawyer to get them through that process correctly because they've shown they are incapable of doing it. Even if they got married tomorrow (and given the complexities in their situation now) I would estimate two years before Nina would get a greencard via the marriage route - if they are lucky.

Kind of. In pictures of them together, Greta looks terribly pleased with himself, but Nina's face...maybe I'm projecting, but he sometimes looks a little scared to me. Or overwhelmed. Or something.

Even love would have a hard time overcoming how terrifying Greta looks.
