There's some truth to her claims but that's only if you interact in fandoms compromised namely of teen fujos and horny retards; places like Bsky and Twitter are a cesspit of that stuff.
I also hate the "strong independent wamen" archetype you see in more modern movies nowadays but I choose not to watch them. If she was mature she'd simply maintain a distance from fandoms and escape her comfort zone to find well written and nuanced female characters because there's a whole wealth of them out there that are sadly overlooked.

I don’t like the rhetoric in the art world these days about “art regression”. Salem, your art did regress. Sure, you were mentally ill, but you said it yourself; “I love capitalizing off of horny people”. There was a reason your art regressed to the point it did. You didn’t care to hone your craft back then as much as you do now.

It's funny how Pup often associates regression with technical skill when interests and environment greatly help with improving in art. She can boast about her shading all she wants but her old art naturally had a better grasp on the fundamentals despite not having as much shading or clean line art. She probably grew up with old cartoons like Snoopy and Dr. Seuss as a kid and it inspired her to pick up the pencil as a quiet, awkward kid that had a hard time making connections with people. Things we grew up with stick with us for a lifetime and instead of nurturing those roots she devolved into drawing furry porn for engagement and cheap dopamine. It's not fulfilling at all.

The reason why a noticeable number fandom traggots are turned off by One Piece is because the trannies in there are stereotyped as ugly (even if a lot of those same trannies are ugly in real life, maybe even worse - at least the trannies in One Piece have physical activity). They hate it when someone speaks the truth.

Also, there's this character in Wano arc named Yamato who was listed as female in official material despite calling herself male. Why is Yamato calling herself a man? Because she looks up to a man named Kozuki Oden and is literally copying him, like wearing a costume and saying "I AM (INSERT CHARACTER NAME"). Trannies in the fandom got triggered by the fact that Yamato was just a tomboy girl pretending to be another person and that if Oden were female, Yamato would try to copy that. They really sperged so hard wishing for Yamato to be FtM, especially an FtM who didn't put effort in plastic surgery or haircuts like them most probably.

This is one of the few times I will defend Pup. Not everyone wants their blog spammed with trauma porn and sharing fundraisers will only invite e-beggers into your mentions. It's difficult to tell which Palestanian fundraisers are fake or real. I only seen two that were thoroughly verified but even then, I don't trust it because Tumblr is scam central. As much as I'd love for pup to develop some media literacy; books and live action seems far from the realm of her interests. She could still find decent female characters in animation and gaming without straying too much from her comfort zone that'll help her slowly get into those other mediums.
She used to make poorly traced art of Ghibli movies and Ghibli is well known for having great female characters she can revisit and get inspiration from. She also made fan art of Perfect Blue, which was directed by Satoshi Kon who's also known for writing nuanced female leads in all of his movies. There was also a trans character in one of them like Hana from Tokyo Godfathers.
