Commonwealth of Virginia v. Austin Curtis Peterson - JA010478-02-00 Assault and Battery on Family Member & GC24002688-00 DRUGS: POSSESS SCH I OR II

That's a weird one. Did he even check into the rehab?
My guess would be either he didn't or he immediately chimped out upon getting there.

I would have expected they'd have literally transported him there to make sure he got there, considering his past, but apparently they left it up to Ratdad, with predictable results.

I am curious; is the leniency towards Bossman a freak incident, or is it part of a larger effort to avoid jailing minor offenders?

I can't speak for all jurisdictions, but the move has been to trying to get minor offenders into programs so they don't reoffend accross the justice system to my admittedly rather limited knowledge.

I believe this to be correct too, especially with certain regions being overpopulated with more violent criminals, but with Austin being considered violent (two near-term DV's against his dad) and drug-abusing while also not being able to follow the stipulations of his bond, they will charge for repeat offenses and disrespecting court orders after being unable to trust you further. That line is variable per region and person, but it's essentially the modern day version of "You are unfit for society" as far as I understand, while giving you a chance a decade+ down the line.

We now know why Austin has been reincarcerated. The Commonwealth of Virginia has violated Austin on his Felony Probation from 2015. He now officially has 5 years of prison time over his head. The warrant appears to be for 12/9/2024 but Austin is already back in custody.

As a reminder, this is the sentencing from that 2015 felony conviction where Austin had almost 20 felony charges and they plea dealed him down to just 2. He was 13 months away from being clear of this when he committed the drug possession/domestic violence. If you dont know the Austin lore, you can literally google it https://nkccnews.com/local-news/2014/12/11/three-arrested-connection-vehicle-break-ins-brickshire/

His charges are chain linking and knocking eachother over like fucking dominos. This is fucking insanity. STHAP!

This is nuts man. when are we gonna get bossman streaming again? maybe biden can pardon him if we all write letterss?

No, he's not charged with a federal crime, it's all state level shit, nuffin Biden can do here.
dude wtf. Is there any way we can somehow get bossman into federal trouble so biden can save him? I know this plan sounds nuts especially since we have only about a month of biden left but its worth a try.
