I will never come to terms this dude could be anything that he wanted, first via family wealth - if he was not a waste of skin, he would´ve access to the money by engaging in whatever path the family would´ve laid out for him, like that chem degree - but whatever, he went for creative writing and strip mall LOLyer; then you stumble on your dick and land cock first in a bunch of wine moms interested on hot goss about a celebrity trial and a bunch of dead end nerds sadge because their homosexual voice actor is a little handsy. You get a 7 figures contract to basically repeat yourself for a couple of days a week but even that is too much for you to not fuck up.
What a shister...
The myth that Nick "came from money" is frustratingly persistent. He didn't. While his grandfather and his father both had good jobs, his grandparents only came into serious money quite late in their lives.

After that point, Nick clearly had more options and Nick has told us that his grandfather was pleased when Nick chose to study law. It's not unreasonable to assume that Nick received financial help from parents, grandparents, or both during the time he was studying and he's said enough for us to know that some degree of financial assistance continued beyond that (apparently with conditions/expectations).

Nick's certainly not the first person to get a law degree and find that he hates practising law, and his temperament seems very ill-suited to the bread and butter work which pays the bills for the vast majority of lawyers. And he doesn't have the drive or experience to become a high profile defence lawyer.

Where he totally fucked up, though, was finding a niche which was bringing him in a damned good income and then throwing that away because he'd rather talk about other things than legal cases. While his income would have inevitably dropped as the number of legal streamers increased, a few of whom are far more interesting than Nick, he could have still continued to make solid money as a legal commentator.

Re: animal torture allegations.

I honestly think Nick just made up that story about the raccoons to try and look cool. It's a sheltered rube's idea of what an outdoorsman rough and tumble guy might have once done. Surrounded by hostile creatures armed with nothing but his limp bitch noodle arms and a blunt instrument, defending his homestead.

If he was in that situation he'd sooner beat the door with the hammer and flee than try to recreate a melee only Doom .wad with small wildlife. I think most people (myself included) would think along the same lines.

Now, the skunk drowning - that I believe. Initially think to passively and from a distance just eliminate it with superior firepower (not dissimilar to his approach to Montagraph). When that wouldn't work because it causes long-term problems, listily drag it over some water in the cage it already haplessly wandered into to, attempting to drown it. When you fail at that just keep brute-forcing the same lazy (also passive) solution until the problem just gives up and stops existing. Now that's the Nick I've come to know.

T. Guy who has literally never encountered either animal because I do not live in North America.

We can't grasp Nick's "concept of change". Yep, that's the issue.

>I don't ask anyone to support my decisions or mistakes

Except he seethes at and snakes on everyone who fails to. It's like he thinks we're all incapable of understanding implication. When he rages about SEEEAAAN I guess we're all meant to believe that it's some other totally unexplained problem he has with him? No. It's because he doesn't tow the line.

he's even more retarded than I thought if he thought that telling people he tortures woodland creatures to be cool.

I'm just gonna come out and say this:

Whether he intentionally dosed her or not, I legitimately think Nick's eight year old daughter testing positive for coke at the levels she did is far more vile than the CEO of goddamned United Healthcare (which, BTW, is my "healthcare," I'm not even joking) being assassinated on the streets of New York in broad daylight.

IDGAF.

Maybe the logic is "I only admitted to fucking April, so I can just say I was monogamous the rest of my marriage"
Maybe he's just a lying sack of shit.

The myth that Nick "came from money" is frustratingly persistent. He didn't. While his grandfather and his father both had good jobs, his grandparents only came into serious money quite late in their lives.
That still means he came from money. And it still doesn't mean his attempt to portray himself growing up on the mean streets of suburban Texas isn't fucking ridiculous.

It the damage he's done to his brain. He doesn't even talk the same, his hands shake, he acts like he's got that pre-parkinsons thing alcoholics get, (not DT's the other thing) he's pickled his brain.
Old Nick was never a very good lawyer but he was at least quicker on his feet, Balldo is a debauched shell of a functional human being, he's like 1700's Libertine that caught Syphillis before we had penicillin, the kind they'd throw in the asylum to rot for being annoying.
If he hadn't been arrested and forced to cut back on his addictions by the drug monitoring, I'm convinced he would be dead by now. The diet of a single dorito, daily bottle of whiskey, and cocaine 8-ball is probably the fastest speedrunning of alcohol-related brain damage in history.
We can't grasp Nick's "concept of change". Yep, that's the issue.

Sounds like he's in the acceptance stage that he fucked up his entire life and will now be a convicted felon, but his narc rage is so strong he still has to try and maintain the illusion of control and compare himself to King David or Tiger Woods or whatever. No Nick, "the media" doesn't lock in perceptions or shirks the concept of change. The media loves a redemption arc. But you won't get one because you are a depraved fraudster who can't even begin the process of admitting you fucked up and devolved into a drug addicted child abuser.

I said multiple times here I dont think he is old money. That being said, if you are smart even if the money came late, maybe you can access it and go on with your life. I´m sure somebody was pleased with him becoming a lawyer, I dont know if the non-practicing streamer turned many heads tho.

Fucking Melton is 70 years old? How long has been thinking about touching kids.

He looks remarkably good for 80.

When exactly is the 2nd hearing?

December 17th.

Nick is ABSOLUTELY BULLSHIT LYING about this. He was portraying an image that was incompatible with his private life for most of a year. Even if he did not deny his private debauchery, he certainly tried to keep it hidden and lie by omission.

What's funny is that even if he didn't say "aggressively monogamous" (was that from here?), he's adopted the phrase now - pretty sure he's used it more than once.

"Rectifying and reconciling": no divorce. She threatened; he's pretending to be good boy while making it clear that dumping April is wounding him but he will do it for Kayla's sake (laaaaahs); she won't follow through.

I believe I was the first to use 'aggressively monogamous' ITT, and I believed it to be a quote from Nick himself. I found the phrase hilarious, and I was very excited to see it picked up and used by many people.

He keeps dropping these hints that he knows he fucked up bigly but his ego won't allow to just come right out with it.
Its obvious by now that despite his posturing and denials he knows he let his lack of self control ruin the chance for a fucking dream life, and when he's alone with his own thoughts, he's gotta be kicking himself.
Not for his kids or his family, because he's a fucking narcissistic dickwad, but he fucking squandered an opportunity few people are given to be a drunked coomer, and utterly humiliated himself and destroyed his credibility and reputation in the process.

Sucks to be you Balldo.
Sucks to suck.

It is interesting to see that his strategy has changed from smugly eating a Dorito on camera to... whatever this skulking and hiding is. Nick is totally borked and now it is starting to sink in.

HARD disagree. Melton looks terrible for a 200 year old corpse, or even a recent bloated roadside slaughter. Nothing about Melton looks good. He looks terrible for 20, 80, 200.

About the only thing that looks worse than Melton is Nick Crackets the Skellington, but it's like a race to the bottom- there are no winners.

Seriously, Melton gives me the jeebies almost as much as Nick now. I can't stand to watch either. Thankfully, Nick makes it easy to avoid him on youtube these days.

Nick's parents are at Disney World. I wonder who's at their Eagle Lake house in MN? Oh, the possibilities....

Edit to Add: It would be comedic (and heroic) if they've taken the kids to Disney so Nick can deal with legal issues: divorce, witness tampering, federal cyber crimes, Monty, and a plea agreement.
A trip to someplace warmer than MN would have been a nice thing for those kids. But Celeste's hands can be seen taking the selfie in her sunglasses, so it's unlikely anyone else is with them.
I'm just gonna come out and say this:

Giving hard drugs to kids is reprehensible and always lacks justification. Fortunately the people around Nick chose to follow their conscience.

BBN has chosen to re-highlight this deleted tweet from Nov. 9, and I will too bc it's just... insane. I think the thread was gobsmacked by her litany of madness at the time. It got a little lost.

Some obvious thoughts:
1. This confirms that some of the kids have seen the Internet.
2. She thinks that this can be justified.
3. This was deleted.
WTF?
