I remember TTS asking Burt some calculus question about the lower bound of a sequence and he was quick with his answer. I'm pretty confident that Burt has studied university level mathematics, its just that his "tutoring business" is mostly him doing someone elses coursework and proctored tests. He uses some remote desktop application to give test-takers the answers because he can google stuff without alerting the proctoring software.

Having now finished watching this entire clip now, I'm in awe. This is the best possible ending for this shitshow of a season because it was entirely Burt's doing and had nothing to do with production. Jet even admits: "Burt, you're better at my job than I am." This is emblematic of Gold Burt carrying this season on his shoulders. At the penultimate moment, his arc completes. This strange, plastic person has dozens of personas for his online businesses, sex work, and who knows what else. Burt's the type of guy to run catfish accounts as an autistic impulse.

The entire time Jet and Ben try to gaslight him into thinking he revealed this information and that they didn't just find it on twitter, but Burt's autism doesn't budge. He keeps returning to them lying about him saying Jim O'Hara. His weird obsession with deception is even stranger because he is himself a deceiver who has a multitude of fake faces he uses in his life. Its like pottery, etc.

And the funniest thing is Burt is obviously independently wealthy and is only on the show as a lark. It was never about the money. This man would probably pay Sam and Jet his own money for Prisoner 3's contact info. That's why I don't care if they end up not giving him the money.
