Going by what voiceofdog said, it's because of a photo Lowtax posted before his last stream of his daughter covered in diapers. It was meant to mock Shmorky (as was the whole stream in the first place), but Dame, VB, Psych, and others jumped on him for "exploiting her". According to the Taxman, though, the photo was his daughter's idea in the first place.
