UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson fatally shot outside Hilton hotel in Midtown in targeted attack: cops - Just Part and Parcel of visiting a Big City

Yeah but if he wants to leave the country he has to get rid of it. Which is as easy as thorwing it in a lake/river in a remote forest at night. Or dissasembling it and throwing the indidual parts out, and for extra cerfullness also spread them out
You can literally drive over the border with a gun. Yeah, there’s a big scary sign that says weapons are illegal in Mexico (and maybe a similar one for Canada) but people do it all the time. They don’t strip search every car that comes through.

I'm pretty sure this wasn't posted yet:
"Software that is massively behind the industry average"

No way! With this guy as your CTO? How could that be

If I was him, if be heading to the bumfuck midwest. Just go to Kansas in a small town with shitty internet. It's like you don't exist
If he goes to Wichita he might be able to get one of the decision makers responsible for the failings of Spirit Aerosystems and therefore Boeing in making flying unsafe.

You have 0 idea what will fallout of this situation. You are just dressing up your own cynic bullshit after buying in to CEOs like Larry Fink and the rest being "untouchable".
Well someone reached out and touched them. Insiders are leaking saying that they are on fire. If they were truly "in control" and "easily replaceable" Why would the leaks be coming out in the first place you massive fag.
"Pragmatism"
cowardice disguised in logic.
You are right. Nobody knows the future. But money speaks louder than emotional outpouring in the webs. When Q1-Q2-Q3 earnings of next year show a change in the rapacious nature of healthcare due to this murder, I'd be happy to be proven wrong in my bet.

Every. Single. One.
Ben Shapiro, Sean "Actual Justice Warrior", Tim "Baldo" Pool...their entire comment sections are pissing on their grift.
It may not last long, but I will certainly savor this moment.
The grift would be "lolol ceo of insurance company died". This is "We don't wanna be banned from youtube or anywhere else, so we better take the morally correct position."

You know you can still make money and not be a pile of shit at the same time right? Their earnings calls mean fucking nothing. Your measure is wrong. What matters is if the complaints and denials go down.

>cross into Mexico illegally with the gun
>bury it in the desert
>turn around and cross back in illegally at a different spot
>six months go by, a Venezuelan gangster finds it
>gets caught with it in the US
>Now the Venezuelan churro is the shooter

Far-fetched, but it would be soooo amusing.

How do you think they are making so much money? By delaying and denying care. Paying for proper medical care is a cost for the company. If they provide better service, they won't be as profitable. Simple as.

Now before anyone balks at the usage of ARG above - what it means is that the killer (or IMHO the killer + the group he is a part of) who has done this has been very deliberate in everything including the "clues" they left behind. This guy called it early on and its very possible there may be more "clues" that get revealed over time.

Dynlacht allegedly laid out, in excruciating detail, a flurry of violent threats to, variously, gun down Aetna employees in the company parking lot, stage home invasion robberies and have the intruders drill holes in the Aetna executives’ heads, place explosives in the Aetna executives’ bodily orifices, smash in their skulls “like a pinata,” slice off their genitalia, defecate on them, murder their children, rape them with lead pipes, and dismember them with “machetes or guillotine-like devices,” after which their body parts would be “scattered throughout the Aetna campses in OH, FL, and CT to send a message to your senior management that Aetna is not above the fucking law and you fucking human scum must pay with your lives for all of the pain and suffering and crimes you… have committed on behalf of Aetna.”

Sounds like the rabid faggot that just got threadbanned here, except justifiable rage without the corporate exec fellating. Just watch, the insurance oligopoly will start covering one "experimental therapy" and one only to drive a wedge in this growing consensus: hormone therapy to trans our kids.

If the article is to believed the police still believe the gun is "distinctive" (the gun niggers in this thread will love this):

LOL. This & the guy that was put on CNN asap to claim CEO took a hit out on himself. They really need us believing this was some kind of pro with an expensive VP9, not a normie with a cheap 9mm & a DIY Temu suppressor. If it WAS a case of BT having himself whacked to keep his loot in the family & escape prosecution, "The Adjustor" is probably sitting in some coffee shop right now like this:

I think he meant the cops. Specifically they want the internet to do the investigation.

I have been reading that book btw, i am fully fucking aware of what they do. But i am also aware of what the other side does. If they fucking read the contracts they sign and follow the ink by the fucking letter they get a pay out to cover breaking their dicks.
Your measure is wrong. Complaints and the number of denied claims falling is the true measure.

Oh god here comes the conspiracy "its all in the plan" nutters. These type of people cannot concept of a world of randomness. They have to have a justification of massive planing. It is not enough that a single man pulled this off. It has to be a big grand play with multiple moving parts and the nods from everyone in power. Instead of a 1 man being pushed too far. It has to come from a shady cabal sitting round a table.

Other types of insurance don’t have this problem. I wreck my car, insurance pays me. A pipe bursts, insurance pays me. I need surgery, insurance hems and haws about medical necessity ten months after I filed the claim and sent them a billion emails telling them to look at it.

It’s solely a problem with medical insurance and it is largely because of years of terrible policy in the United States. Why the hell can we only change our insurance ONCE A YEAR?

Yeah, but why risk that when you can just throw the gun in na lake and be done with it, i mean, if you are extra turbo paranoid you can take a hacksaw and cut it up then throw it in a scrapyward, it'll be basically unfindable at this point.

I'm not a gun aficionado to begin with but I'm withholding judgement on what gun it is for now - I know the options are basically a super obscure and expensive gun or a normal/common gun with a ghetto silencer, but the reason I'm withholding judgement right now is:
  • The footage is far too low quality for anyone to "know" what gun it is. Everyone is just making assumptions based off of a very poor quality video and reading into it really heavily.
    • My assumption from the footage is that the guy is very confident handling a pistol and has possibly killed before or is just unnaturally mentally strong when it comes to doing his first kill.
  • The shells from the gun maybe offer some insight that no one here or elsewhere on the internet (or even any ex-cop talking about this shit on TV) is aware of just yet (besides the actual police) - there may also be other evidence that we don't know about just yet.
  • If he's doing shit like leaving bags with monopoly money in them and escaping via a greyhound bus within an hour of the shooting that stops in 7 or 8 different places, then he might've just picked a weird ass gun purely for the purpose of confusing and distracting the early investigation as much as possible.
  • The specific gun used seems to hardly matter at this point. The guy is long gone.

I think the discussion is getting away from who this shit bag CEO was. He wasn't just a regular paper pusher. This dude denied, or his company rather, something insane like 1/3 of claims. What I'm about to say next is shocking. This dude denied so many fucking claims he pushed up the aveage. Do you hear that? HE PUSHED UP THE AVERAGE. This is insurance that people paid him for.

I love this thread. Lot of great comments. But he's getting watered down a lot as just a paper pushing CEO. He was evil in a way that even shocks (and thrills) other ceos. If this was a pack of wolves he was the pack leader.

Awoooooo
