It's not black pill, he has a point. Being a CEO just requires experience in the field, connections and an MBA, maybe. They are easy to find and easy to replace, so unless the revolutionary spirit lights up in the heart of every American, things will continue business as usual. Valery Sablin (the dude who tried to start a new revolution in the USSR and is the basis for "The Hunt for The Red October") thought revolution would occur but people don't do shit.

I like heroes and romantic ideals as much as the next guy, but pragmatism is also important, and my chips are in "You won't do shit, this was a one off" regarding America. The corporate devouring of the country will continue.
