That would actually be interesting to see how it turned out. I mean I'm not a huge fan of duck but duck confit? That's some pretty good stuff.

You could do parts of it and maybe substitute some other kind of fat instead. I mean you could just use a combination of rendered fat and olive oil. It wouldn't necessarily be the same but it's doable. Or do it sous vide.

I'm all for using rendered fat when cooking. Eggs cooked in bacon fat are great. But why anybody would need a huge tub of it like that is just nasty.

And yes he's eating it and probably drinking it as a beverage.
I clean my bacon grease with a mesh strainer and keep it in a glass jar to use for certain items and there's rarely more than a quarter of a jar at any time simply because I don't eat bacon 24/7. Who the hell needs a jug of that stuff? Bacon fat is great, but you don't use it for everything.

Speaking of which it reminds me of a story the town of Eyam in England quarantined themselves when they got plague in 1665 for a year this prevented the Plague from going any further than their town. But one story I heard was a woman who survived getting the plague woke up from her fever and was dying of thrust and was still a little delirious and downed a big jug of water not knowing it was lard.

As opposed to Jack, who drinks buckets of lard knowing it’s lard.

Is Jack taking a flight from boeing?

Hypothetically, if I didn't want to carefully study Jack's posture and mannerisms from his most recent stroke through now, could anyone summarize what recovery in terms of motor control health, if any, has happened? Seems like he definitely went from like bedbound to back into the world a bit. Just curious, if this is a topic anyone is in the mood to opine through.

None/it went worse.
He only did PT while in the nursing home after his last stroke because he had to, cried because he could clamp his dead hand once more and went straight back to stuffing his gullet and praying god to fix him good as new

Recovery? You're joking, right? He was on the scooty puff pretty often before, but now the only time he's not on it is when he's leaning against something. He rarely even uses his dead arm to pretend to hold vegetables he's cutting or the side of a bowl he's pretending to stir something in because of how useless it's gotten since the last stroke. If it wasn't for the fact that it's harder for him to stuff his face in bed, and feed his ego with his dumb youtube channel he'd still be bedbound.

And even that only happened because of the electronic muscle stimulation that they tried, to show him that if he actually did straighten up his bullshit he might have a chance at something.

He had no choice but to improve his health in order to regain motor functions, which meant some physical therapy and training. The experience of having to make healthy decisions to recover scared him so much that he's forcing himself back to (his) normalcy in a desperate attempt to never have to go through the healing process

Jack's paradox is that he needs to maintain his current health so that he doesn't have to ever go through the trauma of doing physical therapy or having a dietitian give him healthy meals. He can afford to be very unhealthy but not too unhealthy to the point where he has to improve himself to survive

Is he in Syria right now? Hopefully they airdrop him into Gaza. He'll be hunted for his bludder.
Jack just spent a weekend scooting around Universal Studios. Maybe he is seeing so many "people injured" because he is in the handicapped boarding lane?
Oh I bet it does. I’m sure the fat crippled man in the wheelchair really completes the effect.
Maybe I just want to be right but it sounds like jack is taking his vacation to a place people go for health-care. Either out of state or out of country 🤔
We all know the answer now
