Okay, so this one is my bad. I had assumed that @carefully read the link I posted her in the PM in which I theorized she was under 18 when this shit took place. Apparently she did not.

I made an assumption and made an ass out of myself. Sorry. According to @carefully and @Export_A, the logs did indeed take place when she had just turned 17 and it was her mom that signed the lease as her legal guardian.

So just to be clear, because like many/most people, i barely follow the thread- is her age here innacurate? If so do we have any proof.

I am not overly keen to trust a schizo nutter.

my birthday on here is a fake date that I always use when I sign up for stuff.
I messed up at one part because I meant I was 18 when I added shmorky on skype. The chatlogs I posted all take place when I was 18. There's only a few months of logs included.

Considering that Shmorky is still in the hospital for wanting to kill himself and even the brother accepts the authenticity of the logs's content, no. The issue is if carefully was underaged at the beginning of the "grooming", which is prior to any evidence we have. The actual RP is verified. If it weren't, he'd have immediately come out and called it a lie.

I knew he wasn't 15; I knew who shmorky was. The whole reason I started talking to him is because he was a popular artist. I was flattered because he was older and I thought that he was talking to me because I was so mature for my age.

Could we get her to send you a copy of her ID with her birth date showing but some other details blanked out? It's not foolproof but if she does it quickly it's less likely to be faked. It's pretty inevitable that Shmorky white knights will try to dox her anyway, so she's not taking much risk giving details to you.

hi, sorry for the confusion! the chat logs I posted are from after shmorky let me add them on skype right before I turned 17. my sister is 10 months younger than me.

I'm getting frustrated because these inaccuracies make shmorky, in all his shittiness, potentially seem significantly less bad than what he is regardless of any of this.
