Turns out Null never paid the 10th circuit fine according to Russ
Brilliant legal strategy, he will take a small fee that allegedly was never paid and somehow leverage that into Null disclosing his entire financial profile.

I can only hope this is the start of a massive flurry of shit from Greer today.

There's a notorious Lego character that I'm surprised hasn't tortiously interfered in this case ....
I think he could pull it off.

Who are you implying?
I can think of a number of people who have interests in causing KF and Josh legal expense and to also gain info on certain matters. I find it interesting especially that Greer is asking to see all of Josh's financial interests.
Am I being a bit paranoid and conspiritorial? Yep.

edited to delete names because....reasons.

Im assuming so since its just 225 bucks, Null obviously can afford it and I see no reason why he wouldn´t.
I see the court statement of costs, but I don't see the court statement detailing paying costs. Is it normal that the defendant has to pay costs associated with plaintiff's successful appeal? Would that occur immediately or wait until the case is remanded to the lower court and decided?

It would seem strange (but this case is strange as fuck) that defendant would have to pay costs for an appeal in a case they eventually won.

Paranoid would be not mentioning the name or even aliases, lest they get the idea if not already doing it.

So Hardin can expect to be served sometime by Christmas!
Doesn't' that basically ... mean nothing? "Served a copy by ECF" means "I assume the attorneys get a copy of electronic court filings - but the filing is what is being filed, so it's not true when he certified it? Anyway, glad I'm not a lawyer.
In what way would this make Russ look good? When the judge is on the cusp of sanctions and asking you for your excuse as to why you’re not following basic procedure, why throw a red herring?
Assume Null fucked up hard and SHOULD have paid costs, never paid costs, etc, etc. You still do NOT bring it up when the Judge is already investigating methods of crawling up your ass. You address the elephant in the room and THEN you gotcha. This is 101 stuff, people.

They could have forgotten.

Fair but if this is the case, cant Null just pay it now? This is such an irrelevant issue and wont help his case in any way, at best its a clear attempt at distracting the judge with something irrelevant to the topic at hand, and at worst its blatantly lying to the Court.

It's all more of Russell's monkey see monkey do theory of law.

Earlier THIS LAWSUIT Russ filed bitching that Skordas harassed him by waiting "nearly a year" to collect his fees from Russell and then sent a cop to his house, as if Skordas is in the wrong, I guess because him not collecting earlier fooled Russell into becoming delinquent on his debt.
So of course, Russell waited almost a year to the month to whine about this because he thinks that makes Null super delinquent on his debt.

Then of course the rest of it is all a "no u".
Hardin says I have to give all my financial records? Actually, YOU have to give ME all YOUR financial records! Judge says I might have to pay defendant's costs for this? No, YOU have to pay MY COSTS!

This might also indicate Hardin had to do a full scale audit up Russell's asshole to prove he could afford to pay the $1500 for the Ariana Grande suit but chose not to.

Like yeah, I guess you can raise it as an issue, assuming the judgement hasn’t been paid. It’s just such the wrong time to do it.

At best, Null did an oopsie and immediately pays the fine. At worst, you get proven that Hardin actually paid your lawyers at the time and not you, and you look like a retard at the worst possible moment in your case.

When the best thing that happens is that you’ve pissed off the judge even more and got 200$ out of it, is it really your best plan of action at the moment? Aren’t there more pressing matters?

Unless….

He KNOWS he’s about to have his shit thrown out and wants to get a little consolation prize out of his time and effort before losing the case entirely. That honestly makes more sense.

Greer needs the money for hookers today and that's the only reason he filed it.

Also noticed Greer says that Hardin "blamed Plaintiff's behavior for the reason why the case was continuing and touted Defendants' rights to infringe Plaintiff's copyrights" but exhibit B doesn't actually have any statements from Hardin.

Also, his latest email to Hardin isn't dated and doesn't even show Hardin's email address. There's no way to tell, unless Hardin confirms it, that this email is even legit.
