Like yeah, I guess you can raise it as an issue, assuming the judgement hasn’t been paid. It’s just such the wrong time to do it.
At best, Null did an oopsie and immediately pays the fine. At worst, you get proven that Hardin actually paid your lawyers at the time and not you, and you look like a retard at the worst possible moment in your case.
When the best thing that happens is that you’ve pissed off the judge even more and got 200$ out of it, is it really your best plan of action at the moment? Aren’t there more pressing matters?
Unless….
He KNOWS he’s about to have his shit thrown out and wants to get a little consolation prize out of his time and effort before losing the case entirely. That honestly makes more sense.
