There is no fatal flea allergy. At most, a cat can be more allergic to flea bites than normally. Even a non allergic animal or person is going to itch from a flea bite. The issue is that the allergic cat is more itchy and will scratch itself more. The scratches get infected, the infection spreads, the cat dies.

The cats didn't die from being allergic to fleas. If the kittens were scratching themselves that badly, they would be a bloody mess. In this case Emily would have seen all the kittens bleeding and done nothing. If this was true, the kittens had a horribly painful life and death that was preventable by getting rid of the fleas. It's odd that they all died at once.

The other flea option is that the kittens were eaten alive by the fleas. This would explain why the parent cats were able to live longer since they were bigger and had more blood. This is what I'm kind of leaning towards if not getting eaten by fleas. Maybe she just didn't feed or water them for a few days. Kept them in a box or something retarded. And when she checked they were all dead. If they had fleas it would make sense that her retarded brain would assume they died because fleas and not because she didn't feed them. Then she googled how to get rid of dead animals and found that law she keeps quoting. I don't believe she called 911 to say her cat had fleas. The operator would have told her that 911 is for people emergencies. I also don't believe she called 911 to report that her cats died. They again would tell her that's not an emergency.

Plus the law she keeps citing is for her current location. Did she have all these cats in her one room apartment?
