I doubt this psychiatrist is a part of Burt's care anymore, the test was 10 years ago, he was probably just handling a neuropsych evaluation to figure out what was wrong with Burt. Also, IIRC in his first video to X post-tank Burt referred to the current psychiatrist who issues his prescriptions with female pronouns.

AFAIK it's always a psychologist that administers a legit IQ test. IIRC the school psychologist did mine, before I was admitted to the MK Ultra GATE Program when I was a kid. So Burt might have just hired the guy to administer the test and put his signature on it; it's possible that all this particular psychologist did was IQ Tests.

Binx knew (of, at least) him from his MySpace days, where he claims to have had 1 million followers. She briefly discussed recognizing him. If she was a 12 year old scene queen like Jessi Slaughter when he was at his 'peak' (he's literally never done anything more important than having fucking myspace friends), it's no surprise she attached herself to him so quickly. I do think it's real. Lack of a letterhead is not indicative of anything - the bar for quality of medical reports is truly on the floor. I would actually say this specific report is higher quality than most.

I’ve been behind on Fish Tank since the end of S1 and I’m just now catching up on the episodes for season 2 and watching all the clips from S3. Episode quality for S2 is dramatically improved from the first season which is good to see because I didn’t really like the episodes from s1. Props to the editor and the rest of the production team.

The s3 clips have been fun so far too. I see the benefits of having a cast who aren’t fans of the show, though I kinda want them to alternate between seasons.
