ETA: Aaron is streaming now and has given more detes. I'm sure it will be clipped. I was listening at 2x in the background until I paused...

It sounds like Aaron has hired a private investigator.
  • "My team... attorney, investigator and shit like that... they're keeping an eye on all the crazy shit that's going on around all of this."
  • "The private investigator -pri - private investigator -do you say private investigator? Whatever...the investigator is going to file a report."
  • "That's our, kind of, our, 'hey look, here's some kind of fucked up shit you don't know about yet'...that report isn't in yet because people keep doing crazy shit".
  • "I will say this. There is a widely held belief among multiple parties involved that other charges could be coming to multiple people that would be tangentially connected to what we're doing... we wanna find out if there's perhaps privileged information has been accessed that is connected to this case.... and if it is, I would feel like my rights have been supremely violated."
  • "My attorney talked to the prosecuting attorney. Everyone is doing their job."
  • "We're going to find out fully what was done to me."
* Sigh * Def no feds involved.

Dammit Aaron shut the fuck up. Now he's not going to stream and we're going to have to speculate what molecules Rackets' mutant gut biome is capable of producing instead.

No, Nick is FUCKING FAT now. Did you see that slop he made? That's why he won't stream again, he's blown up more than Ben Stiller in the end credits of Dogeball.

Nick would have to stream again for me to not believe that he's FUCKING FAT!

You guys are right. Nick has gained quite a bit of weight and has an unhealthy obsession with food. Constantly bragging about how much he's eating and streaming himself cooking.

He should stop eating for a couple weeks to make sure the problem doesn't get worse.

It really sounds like Aaron has no fucking clue what's actually happening and what the chances of what's happening will have any effect on his case are. More and more, I think Aaron is an unreliable narrator not because he's lying maliciously, but because he doesn't recognize he's out of his depth.

Nick can't even stop himself from paying money to a pedophile or drinking literal LAKES of alcohol to fuel the corn harvest.

There's no way Nick can give up on being FUCKING FAT.

Hey, there's a 50% chance that Nick gets very indignant from this and hops on Melton's stream to set the record straight

Highly doubtful as she was either the account owner or an authorized user on the account. It was just a few weeks ago that they got the account separated.
They have been legally separated and divorced for a long time already. By your logic her reading his private communications because she can "access his account" would be legal, which it is not.

Aaron filed for the divorce, at that point she no longer had any right to his private communication and data.
Having a shared mobile plan does not give her the right to dig into his phone records, in particular since she is actually still married to him and cannot testify against him about things which happened during their marriage.

April cannot testify against Aaron about ANYTHING.

and cannot testify against him about things which happened during their marriage.
You can 100% testify against your spouse. The state just can't FORCE YOU to testify against your spouse.

Edit: Because I just reread your post again to make sure I wasn't missing something, I want to drive this home. If a man beats his wife (or a wife tries to poison him) nothing is stopping either party from testifying about what happened in a court of law. YOU ARE DUMB.

I'm the dumb one, per @AnOminous apparently in Minnesota this is NOT the case.

Aaron's ex (before April) filed charges against him, right?

Aaron is a detestable retard that has a history of retarded, destructive choices that he continues to make because he's retarded.

He went from assaulting his wife to swinging and doing cocaine to ruining his own legal case because he's an attention whore blabbermouth.

The worst part is he's the least awful person in this saga.

That's all well in good, but how does it connect to Nick Rekieta being the size of the fat farting feeder dragon he masturbated to during the coke stream?

This has been extensively discussed and, no, not in Minnesota you can't.

"A husband cannot be examined for or against his wife without her consent, nor a wife for or against her husband without his consent, nor can either, during the marriage or afterwards, without the consent of the other, be examined as to any communication made by one to the other during the marriage." 595.02(a).

That's an explicit exception to the general rule, that and harm to children or homicide.

"This exception does not apply to a civil action or proceeding by one against the other, nor to a criminal action or proceeding for a crime committed by one against the other or against a child of either or against a child under the care of either spouse, nor to a criminal action or proceeding in which one is charged with homicide or an attempt to commit homicide and the date of the marriage of the defendant is subsequent to the date of the offense, nor to an action or proceeding for nonsupport, neglect, dependency, or termination of parental rights. This exception does not apply to a civil action or proceeding by one against the other, nor to a criminal action or proceeding for a crime committed by one against the other or against a child of either or against a child under the care of either spouse, nor to a criminal action or proceeding in which one is charged with homicide or an attempt to commit homicide and the date of the marriage of the defendant is subsequent to the date of the offense, nor to an action or proceeding for nonsupport, neglect, dependency, or termination of parental rights."
