There was a Microsoft leak a while back that confirmed they were considering one, and some other things later indicating they may be serious about it. I wouldn't be surprised since the handheld PC market is stronger than ever thanks to Valve.

Either way, nothing can get announced for a console that hasn't been showcased yet. They can always port it later, assuming the Switch 2's hardware is able to keep up.

Yooka-Laykee's remaster is essentially announced for Switch 2, all you've gotta do is go their route and say it's coming to Nintendo systems, or however they worded it. And it should be plenty strong, people are estimating it's somewhere between PS4 & XBSS, so it's probably a system they could reasonably target.

Also heard this but I consider all Half Life rumors to be the products of meth fueled delusions until we see some hard facts although I know there's been a lot of buzz about Half Life since the 20th anniversary update so fuck knows.

It's also been a few years since Alyx officially confirmed hl3 by retconning the end of episode 2 so who knows. I'm not holding my breath.
 
What do you guys bet will be announced tonight?

I’m thinking a lot of indie games, games with strong black female protagonists, dogshit looking third person shooters, and maybe a remaster of a good game because that’s the only good stuff we ever get anymore. Sounds realistic.

I just cant wait to see Drag queens tonight. They have everything to do with gaming and its what gamers want to see.
