The bolded part is the major potential problem. It could potentially create a situation where Aaron can't get a fair trial.

Which is why we have, since "around July" until November of constant access to Aaron's communication with friends, family, lawyers, prosecutors, other witnesses (considering the option that the people who were concerned for the children knowing each other and talking to each other).
That is 4 months of stuff they have to go through to figure out at what points in time illegal access took place, what apps were accessed, what data was compromised, and then decide based on that information how to go forward.

If there is any tangible proof that Nick or April accessed his emails or message apps and accessed privileged communication of a case they (Nick and April) are a part of, they will get absolutely fucked. And if they also accessed anything relating to the RP case they fabricated themselves, then Aaron getting a fair trial is very questionable, since the witnesses who could be called to testify in the case and who in coordination with the victim made the complain to police, were reading the defense strategy while it was being hammered out.

Just for the lulz alone I hope they find it and we can see Nick, April and Melton go down in fucking flames. Not because I think Aaron is such a great guy, but because Nick, April and Melton deserve prison.
