Even if it's legitimate, the whole quest to become a source of "inside information" rarely ends well. We have no way to know how selective people are being about the information they choose to relay to us and usually either the relationship between the poster and the lolcow or the relationship between the poster and the forum sours at some point.I dislike the attention seeking behavior of BNN directly contacting the cows for "verification".
You cannot even see the actual twitter handle of the account the DM comes from and the entire thing could be fake.
If Aaron wanted to confirm something for anyone, he could just mention it on STMS like he does with literally EVERYTHING else.
"oh btw. Farmers, <username> is me"
That sentence alone would be better than whatever he was talking about before that.
Aaron is dumb enough to consistently discuss his legal proceedings and strategy while live on air, why does the correction suddenly come from a suspect KF account and BNN verifies the account? Smells like the gayest of ops.
It's also bullshit for most people here to claim that them posting a screenshot of an alleged DM from a cow is sufficient to verify a poster's identity. Anyone claiming that apart from Null and the jannies greatly over-estimates their own importance and credibility.
