Barbara should just embrace being a whore instead of this "whore in denial" schtick where she keeps shifting the goal posts of what being a whore actually is. Fairly easy to parlay internet fame into industry work because there's always a secretary or an assistant dogsbody willing to put their resume on the top of the stack because they formed a parasocial relationship with a youtube personality.
