Looks like he took a plea deal.

Plea hearing is on 1/24/2025.
Lol fuck you Nick you faggot, all that shit talk about standing up to those 'Scandinavian prudes' only for them to bend you over and fuck you harder than the Jamaican boys did.

Looking forward to your next inevitable fuck up and probation violation, retard.

Nick’s story is leaking into the normiesphere more and more every day. I’m sure most of you don’t like Nick Mullen but Dan Soder has a modicum of a more mainstream audience.
Why would you imply that most people don't like my lifelong closest best friend who has always been there for me, Nick Mullen? Also, I'm gay.

Isn’t it also possible he could plead not guilty at a plea hearing, and then go to trial? More details are needed for what Nick will plead.
We can only hope Crackets gets on a stream with Dax Herrera, a/k/a Juju the catamite cow.

Rekieta, don't accept the plea!

Do not grovel before the government! Do not accept an outcome! Do not roll over! That's what the government wants you to do!
He's not groveling, he's playing verbal Twister with the court. 5D lawyering at work, NERDS.

In the end, we still know nothing. We don’t know if he took a deal or if he will plead guilty. We only know a hearing has been scheduled where he will announce his plea.

Obviously, somebody should go to THAT hearing to see what he says.
If you've already pled innocent, like Balldo has, there's no real need for a plea hearing.

A plea hearing generally means the defendant has agreed to drop down on his knees, like a faggot, suck cock and swallow every drop, like Nick's going to do, and admit guilt, and beg for mercy. Because, you know, pleading and begging are kind of the same thing.

Imagine the seething going on in Nick's head, as his brain squirms like a toad, while he contemplates his future in a month from now, taking it balls deep from the state and prosecutor and cops, and the Kiwi Farms laughing as he openly admits guilt.

Imagine this proud "we wuz Kang David" faggot down on his knees "waaaaah I am totally guilty" wailing and begging for mercy.

Can he bear it? Can he ever recover?

Roll over, Nick! Grovel! It's your only hope you groveling faggot!

Nick is going to grovel so fucking hard they'll make a Gold Medal in groveling just for him.

It's official.

I thought if he pleads guilty we get the footage?

Am I misremembering or just retarded? Either option could be true. Sometimes both.
My read of the relevant law (IANAL) is that we are only guaranteed the footage if it is entered into evidence at trial. Otherwise, it's only if the footage is a matter public concern.

Rekieta has not plead not guilty.

In fact, according to the Minnesota Rules of Criminal Procedure, rule 14.03, no pleas other than "guilty" are allowed in Minnesota prior to the omnibus hearing.

If Rekieta didn't accept a plea deal, he'd have to enter a plea of not guilty on the charges prior to the trial.

No. It's the other way around. PPP Diddy has repeatedly said otherwise on Kino Casino and it's filled the thread up with confusion.

It's possible but unlikely given what he's been saying. The end would not be in sight if he was planning to plead not guilty and neither would he need to concern himself with probation terms like being unable to drink or returning to "work" until a trial was reaching it's conclusion (which could be a year off).

The state will probably drop the child neglect charge. Whether the drug charge is reduced is a wild card.

Oh no, that's this weekend. After the house papers get signed his week it's going to kick right off.
Maybe, we'll have to see. That may tie in to what Aaron Do'Urden leaked about someone having to move soon.

If it were anyone else I'd disregard it, but Aaron has a certain talent for spilling the truth out of his pockets and stumbling into wins like Mr. Magoo. I'm more inclined to believe him based on superstition alone.
He's the Surface Elf in all this, he took a dip down into Drow Degen Land and learned his lessons, but he still has that fae luck somehow and insists it's because he's a total badass, when it's really just dumb luck.

EDIT: Nick, I know you read this shit. You thought you were Asubadel Vect; But you are not Him, you will never be Him, you a cucked out drow male third son getting drowned in a mushroom swamp NERD if it wasn't for Matron Celeste and her House Petrofac Inheritance. Cope and Sneed.

That bathroom stream was kino energy and PPP got carried away. Although Balldo might be coked out enough to believe it.
