April and Nick both have birthdays this month, which got me thinking. I cannot wrap my head around April and Nick’s age gap and the implications.

Nick was born in 1981. April was born in 1994. They are from entirely different generations. There is a 13-year age gap between them. There is an equivalent age gap between Nick and April as there is between April and Nick’s oldest son.

Some more fun facts about their birthdays:

Nick (12/17/81)April (12/20/94)

“Best Picture”Oscar Chariots of FireForrest Gump

On this day in historyUS Brigadier James L. Dozier kidnapped by the Red Brigades terrorist group in Verona, ItalyMexican president Ernesto Zedillo devalued the peso by 15% (The “Tequila Crisis”)

To add to this, April is extraordinarily stunted for a 30-year-old woman. I don’t know about you guys, but I have talked to literal children who are more insightful, more self-aware and more emotionally intelligent than April. There is so little going on upstairs, and it is obvious that she merely adopts the politics. opinions, and speech patterns of whatever guy she is fucking. It boggles my mind that Nick, at his age and his stage of life, feels he can connect with her on any level.

Anyway, TL;DR, it was never going to work between them.

Oh no he knows about the leak.
So it was a gayop.
Or it actually is utter bullshit and he's mocking it. I won't really believe this until it's on the record under oath and the judge signs off on it.
Nick is gay and therefore the gayop. When Nick gets 'felted' he quickly tries to turn it around "like he knew all along" or desperately tries to "crack a joke" like Aaron's the dumb one. I often question Aaron's idiocy, but I actually do believe "this source" here. Nick truly thinks his ideas are so grandiose that a small town judge would bow to his idea of being the next D.A.R.E. spokesperson. Drug Abuse Rekieta Educates will never work.

Didn't Nick just say on JuJu's show that he explained D.A.R.E. to his own son and how it didn't work? Pretty sure he did, and that's thunk-provoking.

I think he actually did at the Rittenhouse/Depp part of his career, although that was where I started to lose interest, with Rittenhouse because there were people doing better commentary and Barnes's bullshit turned me off when he was taking potshots at his former client's legal team because he was big mad at his retarded strategic ideas being spurned (turning the case into some giddy Second Amendment crusade that would have put Rittenhouse behind bars and bringing his shill "experts" aboard).
Stopped watching Nick during Rittenhouse for the same reason. Barnes is a fucking loser, as in he actually loses cases. If he's this legal scholar, Fox News would have him on 24/7, but he's the legal world's biggest loser & grifter : takes on major cases for clout and loses them. Never understood why all of lawtube was sucking the Barnes micro-penis during that trial.

Agree @AnOminous, Barnes looked like a bitter ex because his looney tune 2nd Amendment theory was fucking retarded and got him thrown off the team. He was the same way with Yale. Dipshit said "he wasn't treated fairly" and left, but I'd bet the dipshit was about to fail out or pissed off enough of his teachers.

30 years later and authority figures are still taking away his toys. None of you will ever understand Nick's struggles.
Nick doesn't get if he was a nigger, his kids would be put into foster care, h'ed get the shittiest public defender, get 25yrs to life without parole, and become Busta's best hole in prison. IF this mother fucker were to only get 2-3yrs no drugs/alcohol, keep his kids, his house, and his freedom, he'd still bitch like the entitled, spoiled trust-fund faggot he is, not knowing how lucky he really is.

Nick is also extraordinarily stunted for a 43yr old man. They're both mentally 16yrs old. They might have a chance, but it looks like Mama Celeste won't allow Nick to date, like how a lot of parents are in high school. They literally are both high schoolers, and most likely believe they're the modern day Romeo & Juliet.

"I trust my source 100%. This is a guy I've spoken to before.... this would be almost a 1 year gay-op... It's a solid source."
Let's just say my opinion of Aaron as a judge of character is less than stellar.

Balldo Man
Balldo Man
Beaten Man
Guilty Man

There he is
On his knees
Sucking dicks
Taking pleas

Oh yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaah the Amazing Balldo Man!

Less than 48hrs after Legal Vices post and he's back to being a narcissitic faggot again.
After the last conference, we got gloating:
2024-12-18 - 19_01_28 - Rekieta Law (@RekietaLaw) _ X.png

This time, nothing but a few tired jabs at strangers.

The thing that shocked people was his willingness to reveal a confidence in order to score points in some trivial online bickering.

Most people are also not accustomed to seeing such blatant ugliness right up close and personal in their faces. It is a completely different experience than reading stuff and actually seeing it. It is also one thing to hearing or reading someone say "kill yourself," and completely different seeing someone who actually means it.

But @Strix454 is right, that completely underscored for me that Nick was irredeemable (you have to admit fault and experience contrition to be redeemed), and that my assessment of his character from the KickVic era was 100% on the mark. I kind of wish I had spoken up back then about it, but I just drifted away from the Nick-verse and just happened to check back in right around Ass-bottle Gate.

No, the average hoodrat would manage the case better than Nick has, and that's not hyperbole or joking. They'd get a shitty public defender but know enough to take the first deal or even negotiate it to be slightly better. They'd know to STFU until the ink was dry.

The average hoodrat would have had this case in the rear view mirror last year.

I wasn't surprised by the Dear John stream at all. It was really Nick just saying the quiet part out loud. If you'd been paying any attention at all, you knew that he had no empathy for anybody at all -- he couldn't subject his wife and family to the public humiliation that he'd been subjecting them to if he had any empathy.

And it was pretty obvious that he had no regard for his audience. They were just paypigs to him.

The thing that shocked people was his willingness to reveal a confidence in order to score points in some trivial online bickering. I thought it was interesting that he had so little insight into how other people would view him after he did this. The idea that he was some social media genius playing 4th dimensional chess against his enemies was just completely shot out of the water. He was just a petty narcissist with poor impulse control. That was the flaw that was costing him over six figures in respect of his defamation of Montagraph, it was the flaw that would take a huge chunk out of his reputation in respect of the Dear John stream, and it was the flaw that was going to result in his getting arrested when the police watched the big cocaine stream.
Nick's Chris Chan levels of obsessed with being "true and honest"

It's why I think the anti drug channel stuff is legit

Don't forget how it also demolished any remaining concept that he had the character to practice law (don't laugh). If there is one rock bottom absolute minimum ability a lawyer needs it is to be able to retain a confidence. This wasn't in the context of an attorney-client relationship in all likelihood, but could you ever trust a lawyer like Nick with a confidence?

He totally showed his ass.

And he wasn't just a disgusting piece of shit doing that, he was an absolutely autistic retard who didn't realize he was basically nuking his reputation from orbit. What did this idiotic faggot think, that somehow if some kiwi farmer got humiliated, people would suddenly think he was some Law Pope again and not just some Balldo-encrusted weird cuck?

I never really found anti-drug PSAs from celebrity druggies very convincing because you knew they were being forced to do that and it showed.
John Goodman should do one. AFAIK, he's battled alcoholism, and everybody on SNL in the 80s was doing coke.

It should be angry John Goodman though. That's best John Goodman.

But @Strix454 is right, that completely underscored for me that Nick was irredeemable (you have to admit fault and experience contrition to be redeemed), and that my assessment of his character from the KickVic era was 100% on the mark. You would have just been told to shut the fuck up like I and a few other who nutted up were. It would have been pointless.

I also did the thing where I wandered off to follow other things until late 2022 when it was "safe" to come back to this topic because obedience was no longer enforced.

I am convinced that's all anybody really could have done when WW was still going on, so don't feel bad.

I first found the farms from Nick's Greer streams which were and are hilarious. But I never dreamed that he'd end up as a total degenerate. Always thought he drank a bit much and knew too much about anime to be a completely decent person but damn. It's either a lesson that some people can't handle fame or one that you can't hide a degenerate heart.

It wasn't even just that he said something or revealed something - he went on and on and on about it, seething and showing his true, petty, vengeful, punching-down, nasty character. Which, though horrific, was great because it left no doubt about the hole in him that masquerades (poorly) as a soul. Anyone who thinks there is anything in him that counterweighs his jealousy and malice is an absolute idiot. Jealousy, pettiness, and malice are his character. With a generous side of delusion.

Nick has never had the judgment to be even a bottom-of-the-barrel lawyer. Yes, he lacks good character, and he certainly lacks brainpower, but there are plenty of low-character and midwit lawyers (it's perfectly possible to be intellectually average as a lawyer but succeed because of effort, work, compensating traits (even sleaze), or the willingness to learn an area or how to do a job competently).

But what he doesn't have is good judgment - not for himself, not for his family, and not for his handful of past clients. All of his decisions are in service of maximizing the perceived benefit to himself and for short-term (self-) interests. That is poor judgment.

Bludgeoning wild critters (and broadcasting same for no purpose other than to sound like The Cool Guy (in his mind)); literally fucking around and finding out; being publicly gross and out of control - and quadrupling down on it; blatant neglect of home and barely veiled serious drug use while holding up the transparent mask of piety and thinking no one can see him; blowing off appearances and deadlines; apparently assuming no one he fucked over would ever connect with others to whom he did the same...and on and on.

Yeah, his poor judgment relates to the narcissism, the mid brain, the lack of work ethic, and the poor character, but plenty of dumb lazy narcs with pretensions to grandeur have at least some strategy and know when to hold 'em/ fold 'em. Not Nick. He has a teenaged boy's sense of snickering strategy: simple, poorly considered, and whatever allows him to get what he wants RIGHT NOW, long view or judiciousness be damned.

Excellent point and I stand corrected. So you're saying Nick is NOT smarter than a nigger?

Was interested to see if Nick's "celebrity" is still being followed in the media. It appears not, except where he is a major celebrity : Willmar on KWLM. On-Air Personality & News Director "JP Cola" covers every step of the case. Wonder if anyone on staff has a connection? Didn't see any familiar family names on staff, but Willmar is a small town. Wouldn't be surprised if there was a courthouse/media relation. [ Spoiler ]

How many millions of people around the globe will fall into drug abuse because Kandiyohi County didn't recognize the genius of Rekieta transforming his show into sober living content in exchange for being allowed to drink as much as he wants?
I'm still having trouble imagining Nick's new anti-drug while doing endless whiskey shots show. How did that even make sense in his head?

When Chris Brown was refused entry to Australia because of his DV history he tried to convince out government to let him in by offering to do anti-DV PSAs. They still keep refusing him visas.
Robert Downey Jr., before he got hired to play Iron Man in 2008, was a darling of the entertainment industry who proceeded to fuck up his entire life with drug abuse that made public headlines. At the time he was picked to be Stark, it was considered a legitimate risk to have him.

When he was promoting Iron Man, he happened to be in a country you may have heard of: Japan. He managed to get in because he may have accidentally left out he had serious convictions for drugs...but the police were not happy about it, because Japan is notorious for having absolutely zero tolerance for drugs. So while he was allowed to stay for the rest of the promotion period (it wasn't long), the law enforcement/government explicitly told him he was never going to be allowed in Japan ever again, and as far as I know, he hasn't.

RDJ, literally the goddamned Iron Man, is not allowed to be in Japan because of his drug shit from over 25 years ago (that most of society either didn't know happened, or don't give a shit about), and he turned his life around in an astonishing way, and he did it by first recognizing he had a fucking problem in the first place that was in the process of destroying him.

Nick is not Robert Downey Jr., he's a fuckup mongoloid "attorney" from Minnesota, with none of the humility or self reflection you'd need to even begin the lifetime path to recovery from substance abuse.

A PSA to deter substance abuse so you can continue to abuse substances is an idea only a massive fucking retard like Nick could've hypothetically come up with. He acts like he has any sort of leverage in the discussions, he has fucking nothing. He has no ability to negotiate fucking anything, he'll take what they give him and smile in the process, and there won't be a goddamned thing he can do about it.

And also for the people who may not remember, but when Nick was propositioning Rumble to be on their board of directors because of his "value" and "good ideas", it was even more retarded than you think. His brilliant ideas he's referring to were, and I'm not exaggerating, to steal features of YouTube and Twitch and implement them into Rumble. The fact I'm not joking makes it even funnier.

You do not hate Nick enough.

Nick was born in 1981. April was born in 1994. They are from entirely different generations.
Culturally, you are correct. On the facts, they're both Millennials. Most say Millennials are born between '81-'96 wth some disagreement on a year or two.

April's social media profile, however - the tongue, shaka gesture, the defiant and pouty emo pics - screams Zoomer. (Also, she follows Call Her Daddy. Of course she does.) Besides being vaguely MAGA, gun-loving and patriotic she has no real ideology that can be placed.
1734547527550.png1734548167410.png
What's notable is that social media changed the world in the Millennial years. April, a younger Millennial, believed that her online presence would breed success, at least partly. Her 'no shame' attitude is very Zoomer to me. In contrast, Nick's barely on IG. He mostly posts major events. That's very older-Millennial/Gen X behavior.

They do share this... oversharing.

That´s what I said on that post would be reasonable. The parties negotiate on their own, inform the judge, electronically or whatever, so he can prepare for his ruling and set the date for the trial that might end right away with the deal and plea or continue on the same day if there was none. I critiqued something like these two conciliatory meetings on the court - I´d guess with the presence of the judge or some court clerk - in two separate and distant dates and now a meeting for the plea that might result in another set date for the trial if Nick doesn´t take the deal.
No seriously, who is this nube...
