"I trust my source 100%. This is a guy I've spoken to before.... this would be almost a 1 year gay-op... It's a solid source."

Aaron also talks about Alex Stein, who Nick cannot stand.

Nick never liked Alex because "he was so mean to April." No, Nick didn't like Alex because Alex had everything Nick wanted, but what Nick was unwilling to work hard for: a contract with The Blaze, a show with writers to help, some form of influence in the political world, and semi-fame/celebrity. April? Gimme a break. He hates Alex because he's a jealous 15yr old little bitch who can't stand seeing other people's hard work become success because the dumb fuck never knew what work ethic was.

Nick isn't a star. He was, at most, a mid-tier e-celebrity.
Tell that to his over-inflated, non-practicing ego

He really did have a chance at substantial success for a moment. But when it came down it, what Nick really wanted were lewds of middle-aged women, an online romance with a skinwalking troon and a bottle up his own ass.
Also think Nick self-sabotages everything, like most trust-funded kids. Guy couldn't even get thru a 9-5 bank job when a factory worker like April would dream of having a job like that (that is if she weren't a whore who actually wanted a job that wasn't sucking cock to not work).

ETA :
Less than 48hrs after Legal Vices post and he's back to being a narcissitic faggot again.

Nick never had a chance at mainstream success, and I truly believe the only reason he was given a contract by Rumble is because they took a play out of Mixer’s playbook and basically gave out contracts like candy in hopes that it would give them quick success.
I think he actually did at the Rittenhouse/Depp part of his career, although that was where I started to lose interest, with Rittenhouse because there were people doing better commentary and Barnes's bullshit turned me off when he was taking potshots at his former client's legal team because he was big mad at his retarded strategic ideas being spurned (turning the case into some giddy Second Amendment crusade that would have put Rittenhouse behind bars and bringing his shill "experts" aboard).

And I'm just in general not terribly interested in what was, legally, a rather pedestrian defamation claim between estranged exes who just happened to be celebrities. I'll note Nick was on the right side of both of those but it was almost guaranteed considering his audience.

Anyway he could have parlayed that into at least a minor mainstream career as a commentator but he decided to put on the Balldo and permanently beclown himself instead, get cucked, show up wasted and talk about nothing but his sexual degeneracy and what an awesome swinging cuck he is.
Oh no he knows about the leak.
Or it actually is utter bullshit and he's mocking it. I won't really believe this until it's on the record under oath and the judge signs off on it.
I want Nick to give us graphic sexual details about how much of a sex GOD he is making April bleed when he had sex with her.
I am completely baffled at the fact that Nick would boast about being such a dud in bed he can't even get a woman wet.

There's some additional gay stuff related to April I recently found. Remember when she was silent during the spring and early summer of 2024? Turns out she posted 3 pics on FB.

Remember those halcyon days when April didn't post on social media? That is, Dec. 30, 2023 - July 9, 2024 (I can't verify due to her protected account but I'm fairly certain she was also silent on Twitter.)

She posted 3x on FB without commenting during this period. She usually posts for a reason, particularly during such a turbulent time and otherwise being mostly silent - so I dug a bit. I looked over all the cases (including driving violations) and the threads.

May 3, 2024 (pre-arrest, peak coke)

A springtime sign of hope after leaving Aaron? This is what was happening (credit to the OP on Aaron and @Balldo's Gate)
4/14: Aaron says April will not be coming back to STMS
4/23: April's whereabouts are questioned; Aaron gets defensive on STMS.
5/13: Aaron announces that he and April are divorcing.
Here's another timeline:
- May 13, 2024 - Aaron announces that he and April are divorcing.
- May ? 2024 - Kayla sends Aaron a threatening tweet telling him to stop talking about the Qover.
- May ? 2024 - April requests that Aaron sign an NDA as part of their divorce. (Said to be the same week as the cokestream)

June 18, 2024 (If it's familiar it's bc she posted it on IG this month, Dec. 3)
1734540749083.png
On the same day, June 18, she posted this pic (likely taken by Nick). She now features it as her banner on IG and Twitter.

So, what was happening on June 18?
- Most significantly, Null briefly locked the thread due to the post from @MNPublicRecords detailing the CPS hearing regarding Nick's kids:
User @MNPublicRecords posts a PDF allegedly containing information about the welfare of Rekieta's children in which the 9-year-old tests positive for cocaine use consistent with a multiple-time user.

Thread will be unlocked shortly. Please contain discussion about this document to that thread. If it does turn out fake, it will be easier to deal with.

Live chat for his stream can go in our lovely websocket chat above each page in this board.

Additionally, around June 18 this was happening..
- It was revealed on the Farms that Nick was convicted of his traffic violations
- The name "Qover" was revealed on STMS with Aaron and Keanu
- @SigmaBalls posted a montage of Ghoul pics of Kayla that received 88 reactions

I'm out of theories for April's exhausting and 80 IQ reasons for doing almost anything. I leave it to you.

As I said, very gay.

Or you could be a self aggrandizing faggot wildly embellishing something that happened to own the Karens and John is completely fine; You can ask @Captain Manning directly which is it.
I'm fine. I'm also still here. I already said in a post months ago, when I thanked people for all the support and kind words I received, that what Nick said was a mix of fact, outright fiction, and gross exaggeration.

"Dear John" only reaffirmed my belief there is a God, because three months after that the cops were kicking down his door and what little remained of the rotten facade by that point crumbled. A lot of the things I and the rest of Karen Farms were speculating about here, which clearly set him off, was proven true.

The primary tipoff even came from a church.

As far as I'm concerned, there is a God, he's not a prop to use in your livestreams, and he has expectations and standards for people. I don't think he much likes Juju worshipers either.

Wouldn't the case files be accessible locally after it is done? I assumed that was the way that user got the files for the child testing positive for cocaine. I thought that Nick only sealed the records in regards to his CPS case and not on his criminal case. I wasn't trying to imply he should commit a crime to get them, if it came out that way I apologize.
Only the CPS case is sealed. He wouldn't be able to prevent release of the end terms of his criminal case. That's what we're waiting on.

I'm assuming Aaron's source is one of the kids that he fed.
If only Nick fed his children a single can of Spaghettios, he would have finally received the degree of loyalty he expects from others. Now they will become government informants.

SMH.

Oh, also, another win for the toe, I guess.

EDIT: Punctuation.

Barnes's bullshit turned me off when he was taking potshots at his former client's legal team because he was big mad at his retarded strategic ideas being spurned (turning the case into some giddy Second Amendment crusade that would have put Rittenhouse behind bars and bringing his shill "experts" aboard).
Barnes' interests aren't in getting his clients acquitted, it's in appeals and having courts overturn laws. I'm sure it's all great fun for any 50 yo boss baby toddlers in 3 price suits charging $500/hr, but it's terrible for some young guy facing the full force of the state trying to make political hay with his life.

Anyway, Barnes and Nick are both faggots and they deserve each other.

If I'm not mistaken there is a third reason for why the bodycam footage is released, and that is if the police deem it necessary to defend themselves. For example, if someone in the footage is saying that they were mistreated or that the cops were being negligent.
Public benefit data. Any law enforcement agency may make any data classified as confidential or protected nonpublic pursuant to subdivision 7 or as private or nonpublic under section 13.825 or 626.19 accessible to any person, agency, or the public if the agency determines that the access will aid the law enforcement process, promote public safety, or dispel widespread rumor or unrest.
Minn. Stat. § 13.82 subd. 15.

The discretion of the agency is pretty broad and if they turn you down (and possibly go through an administrative appeals process), you can then file suit as a member of the public and argue one or more of these exceptions to the general rule of bodycam footage being "private or nonpublic."

So unless we're actually planning on taking it to court (no idea whether nool considers that a worthy use of time and money), it's up to the PD. They've been silent as to any reasoning for not doing it, so if it is something that is mooted by the plea (like they did not want to expose the potential jury pool to it), they might change their minds.

My wild guess is nool probably would give it a shot if Hardin (or some FOIA/records wonk lawyer in Minnesota) researches it and says there's a reasonable chance of it working. I doubt there's a Minnesota case directly on point. The fact that Nick himself has been using a worldwide platform to spread disinformation and lies about his case and the PD and prosecutor certainly constitutes "widespread rumor" and if they've gotten nutty calls about it from noseguards and other crazies, maybe even "unrest."

Undermining confidence in the police's reputation also impacts "public safety," especially when their behavior has been entirely aboveboard in this case.
This was what Null tried to use to get it made public, using instances where people were suggesting the officers were corrupt and trying to frame him. The court didn't think it was necessary, probably because it's just crack heads and internet retards.
I believe this was regarding streaming the omnibus and other pretrial proceedings, where there's a pretty strict rule that they're not public and the exceptions, if any, are applied extremely narrowly.
I can see him overpaying for drugs but I can't see him purchasing fake drugs accidentally or being so broke he resorted to crushing up adderall, but maybe I am giving him too much credit here
You don't grind up Adderall because you're broke, but to turn XR type speed into instant release and so you can snort it if you're into that.

Well... sorta. Mainly, I guess you could say.

He won't shut the fuck up about getting Wesley Snipes acquitted on felony income tax evasion.

Anyway, Barnes and Nick are both faggots and they deserve each other.
Nick's case is such a disaster, I doubt at this point Barnes even wants any part of it anymore. And Viva ain't gonna move a finger unless Barnes is there and gives him permission. He exists to suck off Barnes and smirk at the camera.

"He's already won."

No, he hasn't, you fat fuck. Quite the opposite. Welcome to reality.

Nick probably showed the judge his half a million subscriber channel and said “see I’m famous. I have a lot of influence” and the judge, not realizing that Rekieta actually doesn’t have that large a base anymore thought this would be a good idea.
There was no judge there, just the prosecutor, who I assume had a good laugh after telling Balldo no way that shit was happening.
I am not sure I understand why a defendant would be able to deal the records. Especially if they took a plea deal etc. I don't get it.
I'm pretty sure the bodycam footage isn't in the criminal case anyway, and we don't know about the CPS case because those are private by default. It would have to be filed with the court for some reason for it to be a court record.

Currently, only the police (and presumably the prosecution and any other agency that needs to see it) have it (unless it is in the CPS case and if it is we can't get that).
I kinda want Nick to do anti-drug PSAs, especially in his current broken state. I want him to do the kind where he's not the example of a drug user, but coming from a place of authority/celebrity i.e Micheal Jordan. The continued hypocrisy and narcisicim would be funny as fuck.
That would be a hoot, considering Nick is a degenerate etiolated freak of nature and a cuck. They picked Jordan for that (one of the earliest "Just Say No" campaign PSAs) specifically because he was a walking example of the virtues of clean living and also because of increasing drug problems in the black community.

I never really found anti-drug PSAs from celebrity druggies very convincing because you knew they were being forced to do that and it showed. Maybe someone like Robert Downey, Jr. could pull it off because he's sort of the illustration of someone who has enormous success, then gets all whacked out on drugs and turns into a public train wreck, then gets clean and goes back to enormous success. But most people who blow it blow it for good.
One issue is that judge might have watched the coke stream. Or discussed it with the other judge... I am not sure it is exactly something that would sell them on the idea of using Nick for any advocacy...
What, you don't think this guy is a perfect role model to tout the clean life?

This thread has been nothing but a litany of “even Nick wouldn’t…” And like clockwork, “yes, Nick did.”

The only determination Nick has ever had, is trying to hit every rung as he falls down the ladder.

The parties negotiate on their own, inform the judge, electronically or whatever, so he can prepare for his ruling and set the date for the trial that might end right away with the deal and plea or continue on the same day if there was none.
That's not how they do it, though. Generally, there is a court calendar and specific days are reserved for specific kinds of hearing, and the entire day is taken up with those. So for instance, December 23, next Monday, is a hearing day and the plea hearings that week are all on that day. So a judge can't just drop a bunch of plea hearings and then just go instantly to trial.

So generally the prosecutor would notify the judge a deal had been reached and then it would be scheduled for the next hearing day with an available slot.

Plea hearings are pretty cut and dry unless someone tards out (think Baked Alaska and I hope Balldo because it would be weird and funny), so they just get everyone in there (and the jail sends over a busload of perps) and they just bang out however many dozen pleas that are going on all at once on one day.

Trials are generally scheduled for some specific block of time well in advance.

The warning signs were there, people just didn't want to see it.
The Sailor Goon stream and his child walking in on it was so fucking bad that I could feel myself drawing back into denial because my mind recoiled in horror at the thought of a child walking in on that. No kid deserves that. But then it did get worse.
I also think there was an undercurrent of people who felt criticism of Nick would hurt Vic. They really pinned their hopes on Nick and Ty saving Vic.

You can argue that's not a great excuse, and I would agree, but I think I find it in myself to feel a little sympathy for those that took that position. They didn't defend a bastard just for the sake of defending one.
In retrospect it's pretty fucked up how thoroughly he used Vic and then threw him away. People wanted justice for a man who was obviously wronged by vengeful cretins but Nick profited even more than Vic's accusers and got Ty Beard paid for his vastly subpar work.
