UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson fatally shot outside Hilton hotel in Midtown in targeted attack: cops - Just Part and Parcel of visiting a Big City

All they'd have to do is find 70+ year old geriatrics who barely know what's going on but reckons that breaking the law deserves a punishment no matter what.
Or a dozen Groypers.
Yeah Boomers and Corporate Bootlickers are pretty common in America.

Especially people who are still drinking the Kool Aid that the rich actually are doing hard work.

This is so stupid. You think Snowden wants to be trapped in Russia? Why don’t you move there, and see what happens when you speak truth to power, tough guy

He’s an American hero, and it’s a travesty that he hasn’t been pardoned
yeah but he's kinda weedy looking, isn't he. if he smiles wider than a grimace then you see his weird teeth and jaw.

He’s a traitor who should be hanged. American heroes don’t go running to enemy regimes with a load of state secrets then act as a propaganda mouthpiece of them.

Hang Snowden and anyone who supports him.

American law is so silly-billy it's unbelievable.
The fact that you can get charged twice for the same crime is one of the most obviously unconstitutional situations ever and the supreme court is like "yeah whatever dood".
The fact they want a death penalty pretty much justifies. You can murder a person and get out in five if you're black, but kill an elite and you'll die.

NBC News and NY Post are both reporting possible federal charges against Luigi.
Part of the reason the feds have pursued the case is because it could allow them to ask for the death penalty in the high-profile slaying, sources noted.
It’s unclear what federal charges Mangione will face, or when the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York will unseal the indictment.
They really want to make an example out of Luigi even if he is not the guy who did it.

"trendingpoliticsnews.com" kill yourself; that's a copy and paste from the daily fail, a shitty British tabloid. source better, retard.
Regardless of the source I think it's an interesting theory. I spoke long ago about how peculiar it was that he was on the phone shortly before the shooting.

I'm not a chick but Julian Assange is sexier and has more moves than both of these faggots combined. He also has like 10 love children and fucked his lawyer and had even more. He's an old school hacker too.

If I was a chick I wouldn't be stanning or recharging my Hitachi Wand for anyone besides Julian Assange.

And keep in mind Julian Assange is like the penultimate OG hardcore nigga who did a bunch of hardcore shit and pushed the envelope before any of these faggots were even born. Though those guys are both commendable, they're just living in a world that Julian built.

oh don't get me wrong, it's interesting. the referencing classes inside of me just makes me want to strangle sites like that.

they really discounted the theory quick, almost weirdly quick. supposedly he had a burner phone on him, and they just haven't mentioned it since. i wonder if they were able to discount it because of who he was speaking to (la famiglia è tutto), or they were mistaken, or they're holding the cards close to their chest.

I don't think they're fully done investigating yet.
I think if he wasn't talking to a willing accomplice then he may have socially engineered someone at the hotel (receptionist or whatever) or he was talking to some friend/ex-gf and just catching up before going through with the shooting.

Mangione's lawyer says reports of federal charges raise 'serious concerns'

As we've mentioned earlier, alongside the state murder indictment against Luigi Mangione in New York, the shooting suspect is also expected to face a federal charge.

In a statement obtained by WCBS, a subsidiary of the BBC's US partner CBS News, Karen Friedman Agnifilo says the federal government's reported decision "to pile on top of an already overcharged first-degree murder and state terror case" is "highly unusual" and "raises serious constitutional and statutory double jeopardy concerns".

"We are ready to fight these charges in whatever court they are brought."

NY prosecutors turn to 9/11-era terrorism law to charge Mangione

Prosecutors in New York are using a little-known, decades-old anti-terrorism law in their case against Luigi Mangione, which could potentially mean a harsher sentence if he is convicted.

The charges, known as murder as an act of terrorism, apply when a crime is committed "with intent to intimidate or coerce a civilian population, influence the policy of a unit of government by intimidation or coercion or affect the conduct of a unit of government by murder, assassination or kidnapping”.

If convicted, the terrorism designation automatically means a harsher sentence.

As an example, the Associated Press noted that an assault, normally punishable by up to 25 years' imprisonment, would carry a potential life sentence.

According to New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Mangione's "intent was to sow terror" by gunning down Brian Thompson in a busy part of Manhattan on a weekday morning.

New York officials have also cited the anti-corporate message of Mangione's writings as warranting the terrorism designation.

Luigi has agreed to be extradited to New York

The suspect accused of shooting dead healthcare CEO Brian Thompson in New York has dropped his legal challenge against being extradited to the city to face murder charges

Luigi Mangione is now in NYPD custody and is expected to be flown from Pennsylvania - where he was arrested - to face charges including first-degree murder, and two counts of second-degree murder, one of which describes the killing as an act of "terrorism"

He attended two hearings in Pennsylvania on Thursday morning - one for a gun charge in the state, and a second on the request to extradite him

Btw my homeboy hardcore gangbanger nigga Matthew Russell Lee has tweetered about the Luigi case. If shit happens in NYC court and he takes an interest in it then he will do tweet by tweet updates of court proceedings in autistic detail (this is no small feat as smartphones and recording devices are almost never allowed in court)

He's 100% worth following if this shit goes into New York courts.

This will include like the most live shit possible about jury selection and "the works". His court coverage stuff is fucking 10/10.

edit: oh yeah, he got banned from the UN for some reason years ago, so he's definitely legit.

And also he covers the SDNY court so hopefully that is where Luigi ends up
