Furry Fandom and Drama General

Judging by his behavior and his looks Greg definitively has some sort of mental illness going on, probably untreated, makes me wonder what the fuck is up with this kid he should be playing Minecraft or something instead of doing this gay shit.

Also it has come to my attention that apparently Furaffinity is being blocked by some DNS services.
I would like to know if you guys know about anything like this going on.

It's a well known porn site so it wouldn't shock me if any 'clean' or 'business' DNS service would have it blocked.

Tadashi Kojima (a.k.a. Aaron Zeman), the "Demi Furry Fox" from this thread has taken a plea deal for the 2022 kidnapping of a boy from Utah. From the article: "Federal court records said Tadashi Kojima, 28, pled guilty to transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity. Prosecutors dropped his kidnapping charge." He could get 10 years to life in prison.

Edit: According to this article, he was facing charges in Nebraska, but those have been dropped due to the federal charges. Sentencing for the federal charges is scheduled for April 14. There is a discrepancy between the articles, where the first mentions sexual assault charges in Nebraska, but the second mentions kidnapping charges. I'm assuming all the local charges have been dropped either way, as it's not worth the state's time to prosecute a guy doomed to languish in federal prison.

Based on some of the furry drama I've stumbled across on Xitter, as well as what I've seen here, a lot of furries are so lucky that bronies and other bigger weirdos have come along since the late 2000s to take some of the heat off them as freak shows, if furries were as omnipresent as they were 15 years ago everyone would still be considering them the equivalent of Internet HIV.

Troons stole their thunder as "worst group". They're still not particularly liked and have fused at the hip with the general "whiny angry online leftist" sphere.
Still, liking anthro animals is more bipartisan than you'd think. You get plenty of chuddy threads on 4cuck by Krystal enjoyers or people who played Sly Cooper or Solatorobo or whatever else.
The whole "furry" thing is vague and a contested definition anyway. More referring to a specific cultural sphere than anything else.

About that... Furries largely produced nearly all of the brony porn (who'd have guessed?). Bronies weren't just taking the heat, they were acting as a mask for the furries to work under while deflecting criticism of the furry fandom by going "Bronies aren't furries" whenever convenient. They are not that different.

Bronies should be seen in retrospect as a furry subculture, not a different fandom. Too much overlap and many bronies ended up becoming furfags.
