And while he had one of the first closed threads for too many pages. He doesn't have a subforum. Hell I was there when Chris Chan disappeared for awhile. And that never fucking stopped either. It will just never happen. Even if you and I go a year or two without thinking about it. Doody or one of those dents will post a video of Phil crawling back and the internet will be ablaze.

DSP would have probably been in a better place now if he just labeled Joon as a Doody-tier detractor, ignored the documentary, retained the 1% doubt (mystique) that he was never DFTRs, never bothered with KC, and just continued his normal humiliating pity begging for groceries;

If it wasn't clear with you, I 100% agree. Like this has only accelerated his downfall. Like prior to this all, recently paypigs weren't coming back. Whales were really slow to get replaced. And people were leaving for way less than public meltdowns. Think some of em even left quietly.

So, this all adds up to I think there is a genuine chance OIC or Sakai or whoever is actually fucking gone. Not a good one. More like we have upgraded from a snowball's chance in Hell. To like its chance in April. And I am just gonna say, I had a final get cancelled because of a snow day.

I get it and it is true. But he's in his 40s and he really comes across as someone who thinks cancer is like the flu and you just have to get a lot of rest to get over it. His weird rant in reaction to the section of the Joon doc where Mersh claimed that Metokur faked his cancer was telling, he basically said "if he did fake cancer if people like his khantent it's ok, who cares." Explained his kind of weird blasé attitude towards Boogie faking his cancer when he did a rant on him, the rant was more about how Boogie hurt him in the past and to shit on Keemstar by proxy.


I'm very sorry to hear that, one of my grandfathers died of Alzheimer's. I was a teen when it was happening so I didn't completely understand why it was bad and thought that it was funny when grandpa mistook me for my brother or vice versa or when he repeated the same army story for the 3rd time in an hour, but when I saw the absolute state of him a month before he died the realization of how serious Alzheimer's is hit me like a freight train. The kindly old man I knew and who taught me to ride and fix a bike was gone and a literal empty shell was in his place. But again, I was a teen, Phail is 42. He should've picked up on which illnesses make you a dead man walking through sheer osmosis.

TBH my age wasn't super far off his age when I learned what a hospice really was, it wasn't like I was totally in the dark I just didn't understand the gravity of that specific word until I visited one. But I obviously knew that late stage cancer isn't something you generally recover from. I had known several people who had passed from cancer through my life but it's very different when it's someone close to you and you go through the motions over a few years of the cancer going away and then coming back and go through the good/bad outcome cycle. All I will say is that it totally broke me as a person on just about every single level. I can only imagine how it might be a wake up call to someone like DSP if he has to go through something similar.

When it comes to Alzheimer's, I had two relatives with it. The one I mentioned previously had done a genetic test and they were like well over 10x likely to get it. It is partly a genetic disorder so if you really want to open the doors to possible misery you can get yourself tested and find out how likely you are to get it (possibly not a great idea lol). I'm like 4-5x more likely to get it or something and have it on my to-do list to update my will such that I don't end up in such a situation. At the very least you can try to make lifestyle changes to try and save it off.

I rarely am floored by Phils delusions but this one was legit shocking even to me. For Phil to think Bathtub Ross and those people were somehow DSP detractors.

Phil do not seek medical help. They have not come up with a drug for this specific mental illness yet.

They do have a drug (kind of). It's no joke that his delusions are so severe at this point that "they" would just cut him off the Internet for 6 months and put him to work on some basic job that requires social work in some remote place. Sadly, doctors cannot prescribe that and even if he had an actual mental breakdown (which doesn't seem that unlikely) I think they can only hold him for a few days.
The only people that could meaningfully "fix" his current totally delusional state are his family or friends and we all know that shit ain't happening.

I would love a happy ending here where DSP himself realizes how fucked up all of this is and changes his own shit but I don't think there is any chance of that happening - I think when people say he's irredeemable they often mean he can't be forgiven for his mistakes. When I say he's irredeemable I think he will never be able to actually see his mistakes in the first place.

And I would keep in mind that he isn't lazy when it comes to being delusional - all of this shit he does, whether it's his narcissism or lies is all very high energy and DSP is an extremely highly strung, anxious person. It really wouldn't take that much (IMHO) for his mental house of cards to collapse with extreme gravity.

I've posted about this before, but I'll restate it here: He really doesn't have any other immediate options.

He can't quit streaming right now because he has no money saved up, and he can't get a real job because he has created entirely too much of an unflattering web presence. It might not happen on day 1, but eventually people are going to find out where he works and no employer is going to keep someone that brings the amount of shitty troll attention down on them like he would (not to mention his non-existent work ethic and repellent personality).

It would take years of complete absence from the internet before people got bored and stopped following him. He would need to save up massive amounts of money or find a job that was private enough that these things wouldn't be an issue to ride out this time.

It is possible, but it would be very, very difficult and require a lot of work, planning, and budgeting. A rational human being would have done this, or started working towards it years ago, but Phil refuses to do any of those things on even the smallest scale. He is trapped forever in this prison he built for himself.

The only reason he doesn't have other options is that he made his own bed. If he had friends/family he could totally get a simple "offline" job that is totally disconnected from the internet and he could totally call up at least 5-6 people in the middle of the night and say "hey Bob, long time no see, listen I'm kinda fucked now and need a hand? Can I crash at your place for a while?" or whatever.

I'm pretty sure a significant part of this is just his immense greed (besides being a shut in) - as can best be seen recently when he gifted KC like literally 10 fucking subs after the giant money shower they had sent his way recently.

It's kinda sad his parents didn't give him a sibling or two because he probably would've turned out way better than whatever the fuck current day DSP is - if even one of them was marginally successful and more social than he is it would've helped prevent him from reaching the delusional state that he's currently in.

It's like Phil is caught in the biggest Kobayashi Maru in his fucking life: if he acts like a nice guy, Phil's streams and khantent fail, but if he goes back to being a douchebag, his khantent and streams still fail. The key issue being, of course, that it's PHIL doing all this stuff. Whether he's acting nice (which I would argue he never really did, he just said "chill" a lot) or being the begging king of hate and drama, he's still got the same toxic personality, lack of humor, and dead-eyed grift going. Nice or evil, only the dentiest of all the dents like Sakai want to be a part of it.

If the deep-ops secret agent dents like Sakai and the troll tippers all ACTUALLY left for good, Phil would be making $100 a day and he'd finally have to get a real job.

My favorite is when they finally spring their ruse and go on their victory parade of Doody and Rawphil's chat and expect everyone to applaud what a genius plan giving Phil $2000 was, only to be met with everyone calling out how fuckin stupid it is, they often end up bending the knee to Phil anyway because he's always willing to accept them back for a small tithe and hearty apology.

I will say this - these deep cover "trolls" that throw tons of money at DSP of all people are totally pathetic. If you have money and want influence and power there's a hell of a lot better places where you can use it (and it doesn't even need that much).

The fact they're spending money to get influence from a sped (DSP) to begin with is pathetic, but when you add in the fact that they're also doing this to try and influence/anger turbo speds ("detractors") it's just so much more pathetic.

These people are so peak level retarded and ineffectual in trying to gain influence and power that all they've done with their spending is pad the bank accounts of Scopely, YouTube and PayPal and get a few DSP khantent creators to make videos about them that get a few thousand views at most.

Edit: just to add the most impressive trolls are generally the ones that spend either no money at all and write something in chat that makes him sperg for 2 hours straight or those that spend the smallest amount possible (like $2 for a 2 hour sperg or the Argentinian sub gifters). I don't really care if people give him actual money that much - but if you're trying to influence shit and you're spending that much then you're a fucking tryhard.
