For now. However, piracy is going to do jack-shit when the Japanese companies start to incline to ESG/DEI/BRIDGE, and the progressive propaganda starts to pollute from the source.
So far, Sony is settling for a 9.6% stake in Kadokawa:For now. However, piracy is going to do jack-shit when the Japanese companies start to incline to ESG/DEI/BRIDGE, and the progressive propaganda starts to pollute from the source.
Remember: Sony already wants to buy Kadokawa (A). God, already dying to see woke Dungeon Meshi, Oshi no Ko, Eminence in the Shadow, Overlord, Youjo Senki/Tanya the Evil, KonoSuba and Re:Zero.
That's what Crunchyroll was supposed to be when they turned legit. It didn't work, since they are one of the big reasons localizers get to shit out their abject garbage. Crunchyroll also took people's money and built a big, faggy office that looks more like a daycare for themselves and funded High Guardian Spice, which isn't even anime but Calarts garbage instead. Not that their original anime they funded were much better.
What was the last show they produced before giving up? Because I know Adult Swim keeps making anime despite them not living up to any hype. That's what Crunchyroll was supposed to be when they turned legit. Ex-Arm is the last one I remember. I also know they made that godawful Irresponsible Galaxy Tylor show (which is a waste of time even though each episode is 3 MINUTES). Adult Swim's last original anime were the Rick and Morty show and Uzumaki, both of which seem to have disappointed lots of people. What was the last show they produced before giving up?
I don't know, it was pretty tense when he was recruiting them. It's definitely wacky too, but it balances that well imo. The eating aliens thing is probably going to become a major plot point though. I bet they'll be opening a restaurant or something, so focusing on that kinda makes sense if they're going where I think.I'm not a huge fan now, it seems to be more wacky dark comedy relying too much on the "wow she's EATING BODIES?" gimmick than delivering some more substantial stuff. I'm more interested in seeing the way aliens brainwashed society and how the MCs have to murder and get away with murder, but instead it's just offscreened and you get told about satellites that only the super special alien killing organization can use to track down our MCs (but the police wont, because otherwise the story is over, even if it makes no sense)
It's... alright, but I don't expect it to be great. At least the art holds up.
What's "BRIDGE"? Btw, I think Re:Zero was censored, it's just a female character's clothing from what I remember, the singer. Might be more stuff. For now. Which ones did Adult Swim make? I heard there was a really shitty, woke FLCL sequel or something. What was the last show they produced before giving up? Because I know Adult Swim keeps making anime despite them not living up to any hype.
IIRC it was called "Meiji 1888" or something like that. I can't even remember the title, other than it's very boring. They couldn't decide whether they wanted some deep, serious drama with lots of intrigue or to be a knockoff of Golden Kamuy. It also has a few girlboss moments western shows enjoy inserting. What was the last show they produced before giving up? It is an american thing.Has character age in anime always been as contentious as it is right now and I just managed to miss it, or is this a recent change as of a few years ago?
I mean I know Loli's always been a point of contention because they look like children, but I mean specifically more normal characters.
Oh shit, that was Crunchyroll's doing? That explains so much and yet so little because it had fuck-all to do with Captain Tylor.I also know they made that godawful Irresponsible Galaxy Tylor show (which is a waste of time even though each episode is 3 MINUTES).
I guess the author of the light novels wanted an egotistical vanity project and Crunchyroll wanted to bait the Western fandom into using their service.Oh shit, that was Crunchyroll's doing? That explains so much and yet so little because it had fuck-all to do with Captain Tylor.
Blue submarine No. 6Do you have any weird airship/watership/spaceship anime recs?
This is basically a return after a 9 year hiatus last thing they did was those minisThe most surprising thing about this is that AMV Hell is still a thing, and it's the eighth one. Fuck.
