It probably is legal, and probably has happened before, especially in japan. Artists create porn, sell porn in japan, porn gets scanned and uploaded to internet databases. That is copyright infringement, as is you downloading it. It is legal to do this, that doesn't mean I have to care. If we lived in a nice white people society that didn't import third worlders as a matter of course then maybe I would care about this relatively small problem of people dodging debt.

I think what people, both ITT and across this site need to remember is that for most lolcows, you're supposed to laugh. If you're getting mad, there should either be a very good reason, or you're an unstable individual who needs to get off the internet for a bit. I agree that a lot of Jim's fans are parasocial, and he's not the flawless character many make him out to be, but is it worth sperging out about it for 50+ pages? And opposite that, does Jim need people to fight his battles for him? Sick or not, he's a grown man. Ill say this, had he not gone to great lengths to show his medical history I would find extremely suspicious the fact he announced medical issues and started selling hats after having multiple default judgements for debt issued against him. It was wise of him to show that documentation and he is lucky this didn’t get dug up sooner before he showed it.
