Haven't seen much discussion here, although it might be buried underneath a few pages, but there's a rather big dust-up on Twitter over a new appointee of Trump's. Some jeet got picked to be an advisor for AI Development and, predictably, it was found that he basically advocates for H1B cap removal and an infinite jeet wave to bolster the tech sector. Equally unsurprising, although it might have been for anyone who wasn't paying attention, Elon is out in force guarding this guy and other Indians, essentially saying that there's no point in trying to cultivate Americans for the tech sector and to build "a winning team" he must loot the Subcontinent of its swarthiest and brownest.

Bigger issue than Vance is Elon. Elon and the rest of the Silicon Valley techfags put up a lot of money and institutional reputation to back Trump into victory, and they're going to get their money's worth. Everyone thought it was going to be some kickbacks to Thiel for Palantir to get more integrated with the DOD and Elon getting to essentially take over NASA, but it's looking like their main angle will be to remove the barriers put in place that inhibit their ability to poach indentured servants from India to work for their companies. Combined this with this statement (A) and you can glimpse the angle here. Underneath all of the smoke-and-mirrors, it seems clear to me: pave the way for more Indians to come here in the tech-sector who, unlike the Native-born Whites, aren't going to agitate against working conditions.

That was always my concern with Elon but he was useful on helping get Trump elected.
His international citizen mentality is what's destroying the country and when it's fucked up beyond repair he and the rest of his kind will just flee to greener pasture (probably Argentina, Europe is fucked from the same kind of people and China is aware of (((them)))).

Merry Christmas everyone! Wanted to say it before the day ended. I especially love how every click/touch causes little confetti. Is very cute.
I have a question. I know that sometimes laws/other stuff is snuck in during holidays, especially Thanksgiving, as they hope normal people are too busy to notice. While the session has ended in the federal govt, does that include state level?
My other question is if The Resistance TM is going to be anything other than online for a while. Is this term with Trump when the Dems wander the wilderness, or are they still able to muster at least SOME type of anti-Trump sistah powah, and the wilderness won't occur until the 2028 election?

Greenland has something like 10% of all mineral resources on the planet. Russia and China are very very aggressively pursuing Greenland. Denmark openly admits they can not afford to defend Greenland properly. The US Cold-War era military bases need a major overhaul. Especially to catch up to what Russia has been up to.
