I am still surprised that nobody has seen anything from his social media yet. Either he:
* was a drug dealer keeping a low profile,
* deleted Fucking Everything extremely well before his spree killing,
* deleted fucking everything after his room mates got busted for dealing drugs,
* has the best operational security known to man.

Not even friends from school or college to tell us what he was like? Admittedly he killed one room mate, and the other is on probation for drug dealing.

Regarding the second and third possibilities, I was reminded of something that I heard from the second season of 24. At some point, it turned out that the white, upper class sister of the protagonist's love interest was in bed with Muslim extremists while effectively framing her father for the connections. After she is successfully captured/neutralized, they start reviewing her old behaviors and it is cited that she used to be incredibly vocal on behalf of a bunch of leftist political causes, but went silent in the months preceding the terroristic activity, as it was indicative of the fact that she felt the time for words was over. I don't know how true that is in regards to real world terrorists, it's my experience that they are vocal for their causes up until the moment of their terroristic acts, but this might be a case where he DFE'd in the final days/weeks/months for a similar reason.
