Oh yeah. Its sort of like comparing the success results between going to AA meetings (trying to do yoga on the side) and doing a full series of stints in detox, rehab, and then a sober living facility.It's legit the yoga itself is just basic bitch flexibility stuff but getting on a schedule of super positive Dallas workouts and a meal plan will equal results. I would compare it to a modern day sweating to the oldies by Richard Simmons except catering to broken wrestlers instead of broken senior citizens.
And he has just started to work with Lex in his chair it will be interesting to see how much progress he can make.
The folks DDP videos are showing are getting mapped out, low intensity (initially) exercise daily with quality trainers, full meal plans, talk therapy, and isolated from bad influences/triggers by literally living there.
Screw being able to afford it, I don't think any of us could take the time away from work.
All that said, it's still freaking impressive and it's better than going the pharma route.
I think it was Bret Hart that used to shit on DDP as being a wrestler that had to map out his entire matches all the time. Never understood why that was supposedly such a bad thing, especially considering DDP mostly worked the undercard to get guys over (until his push at the end of WCW).
God, could you imagine if Bret Hart tried to make his own version of DDP yoga?
