🌟 Internet Famous WhatifAltHist / Rudyard Lynch - History youtuber, galaxy brained, no credentials and no sex

Yeah he seems legitimately mentally ill in some odd ways. He's becoming well-known among certain circles but definitely not for the reasons he wants to be.
 
I am noticing a distinct pattern with his stories, almost every anecdote is of the form: "I did X, it was the greatest experience ever... it almost killed me, but I am a superman who was able to deal with it, and I am now a better man for it. So you out there, don't do X, just listen to the wisdom that I have to teach you from my experience."

Another repeating pattern. Every new statement he utters is a contradiction of the previous statement. For example: "I totaled my Subaru. Bad, right? No! I ended up making money off of it, because I was able to buy an Audi with the insurance money for cheap after the car market crashed. Good, right? No! Because now I pay $8,000 a year more in insurance."... and on and on it goes. The constant contradictions are enough to make anyone go crazy.

If I didn't think Rudyard was mentally ill, I would almost think he is attempting to establish a cult.

He seems to have a very difficult time explaining/grasping that his family was wealthy, but not part of the eliete. His dad is a super sperg and his mom seems to have undergone a personality shift/brain damage from getting kicked in the head by a horse when he was in early elementary. It turned his family into super-chaos and seems to have made his sister develope BPD . Rudy was, of course, made into a super human ubermench by this. He seems to have a really difficult time keeping his story in order.

I'm still quite confused as to why he would admit all of this, on Christmas of all days even. He's 23 years old, far too young for an autobiography, so what was his motivation for making and releasing this? Bad drug trip? To garner pity?
