Even the Yandex image search seems to have been nerfed lately.Yandex is okay, great especially for image lookups
At least they still cache pages (last time I checked anyways).

Still seems Google is the most accurate -- and the Google search "algorithm" sucks. But other search sites seem lobotomized in comparison. Why are sites crap by design now?Search engines these days are all bad, and that's by design.
Even purpose built local search engines seem to be universally broken. I try to search a product on a grocery store website so I can comparison shop and it buries the the product I searched for by name under a pile of unrelated bullshit. It wasn't always like this.Search engines these days are all bad, and that's by design. Yandex's reverse image search has gone from the best to absolute gigashit.

Are file searches in Current Year OSes also going to crap? Back in the day, older Windows and early OS X had a straightforward search engine that found matches in filenames or even text (which was slower). Apple introduced that "Spotlight" crap in later OS X which had to "index" a volume to work, but I dunno how good or bad such was otherwise.Even purpose built local search engines seem to be universally broken.
Gutter trash file search has always been specifically a Microsoft thing, for decades now. Same with progress bars whose ETAs randomly flipflop between three seconds and thirty years over several minutes. Are file searches in Current Year OSes also going to crap? And of course Wiki is infected with that "social justice" mind virus. All major search engines being tricked into using Wikipedia for their sidebars.
NPOV is more about being "neutral" even when it makes no sense. It CAN work for movies/music if you want autistic details about albums, but you're better off finding a real source. And of course Wiki is infected with that "social justice" mind virus.
Use bookmarks.Anyone notice the dogshit video platform known as youtube now really throttles how many videos it'll let you add to your playlists, I had about 10 videos missing from my fucking watch later and custom watch later playlist (because youtube wants you to pay to add videos to watch later on mobile but not custom playlists?).
I use a text file for bookmarks, instead of using the browser bookmarks thing. Easier to use between different browsers.Use bookmarks.
