Do Burgers only get the worst Indians? They’re a pain in the arse and don’t know what they’re doing on the projects I’m on with them but outside of work shit I’d rather socialise with them than white liberals.
Which country gets the "good" jeets do tell? The failed states of Canada and the UK?

For Engineers in general, that would be a reasonable salary for an entry level (associate) engineer.
Not in Austin, it's not. This is the going rate for mid-tier talent in the Upper Midwest. Elon is crying that he can't soak up top talent, for which $120k is the absolute floor, and $200k is what you need to pay so they don't just take a bunch of leetcode classes and flip to a software company.

With affirmative action and No Child Left Behind and DEI and everything, we have been ignoring a problem that has been growing and growing. The longer we ignored that problem the bigger and harsher the correction will be, and we have been ignoring the problem for a very long time.

Right now 50% of the people in America (citizen or not) are reliant on welfare and DEI initiatives for income, and without those crutches they not only would not maintain their current lifestyles but would not be able to obtain food or shelter as they have little to no useful skills or education. They have been allowed to breed like rabbits, and became a major strain on the nation's finances. It is cost prohibitive to re-educate and re-train them (if even possible), and we've reached the point where we have to suffer them like an albatross around our neck - or sterilise and exterminate them. But that is not a socially accepted solution, and will be avoided at all costs. But if we continue to refuse to even consider a brutal and honest choice, that choice will be made for us and it'll be the harshest option. We may have a chance of avoiding that brutal calculation if we close the borders and forcefully eject non-citizens and dual-citizens in poor standing, but that's something the Democrats and Jews will avoid at all costs, even if them blocking it leads to genocide.
That's nice. How has the Caste system in India fixed the issues you're complaining about. Or is this one of those "real Castism has never been tried" deals?

1. How did Indians get into Tech support
Everything you said is true, but another dimension was Harvard MBA "financial engineering," which attempts to monetize every single thing in the company to "find effficiencies."

Back in maybe the 1990s, the MBAs decided tech support "wasn't a profit center," and not a "skill position" (since tech support workers don't have Harvard MBAs), therefore it can and should be done poorly by retards as cheaply as possible. While Harvard MBAs try to outsource everything in your company except hiring Harvard MBAs, since tech support can't be directly tied to poor sales and fleeing customers, it's much harder to justify fixing it.

You realize that the U.S. thrived for decades without slews of child labor or illegal immigrants?

My first job was on a farm. I was 14. This was not 100 years ago. This idyllic past where nobody worked a day until they finished college never happened. Not working was for rich kids.

I don't believe that Vivek was sincere in his political campaigning against DEI and overinflated government spending. He saw the trajectory of how left-wing policies and beliefs can be costly for businesses when the consumer says "enough is enough." If anything, it was self-serving to capitalize on Trump's goodwill and the impending culture war that has infected many of Western society from coercion and censorship. Little does he and Musk know (or care) is that outrage does not align with politics. If people feel they have a voice, they will use it. Hoisted by his own petard through ignorance of what the people actually WANT.
Him being a self serving Indian diaspora elite made my immediate gut feeling that he was being completely disingenuous.
All Indians males are Elliot Rodger tier incels even if they are arrange married, no exceptions.

The H1-B program basically paid my entire salary for 3 years on the entire premise that HR at these companies are fucking brain dead and have no idea what IT does. They just hear "cloud" and think Rajesh must be a wizard.
Incidentally, if we're going to remove things from jobs like H1-B's, then HR departments should absolutely go as well.

Nothing good as ever come from them.

I wanna take moment to address a troubling trend I've seen in the past few pages regarding the merits of Central and South American immigrants as opposed Indian immigrants. Let me be perfectly clear:

They both fucking suck, can fuck off, and quickly at that.

I don't subscribe to the idea that we need to bring anybody into this country to fill a hole. A free market will incentivize the brightest minds among us to enter those fields in need of workers, and the companies will need to compete with each other for the best talent with salary and benefits.

The idea of changing immigration policy to benefit a given economic sector is as socialistic and retarded as putting Venezuelans in hotels and handing them pre-loaded debit cards.

This isn't A or B. I will not cede the argument to one bad choice over another. The choice is the American people.

This whole Elon tard debaucle is a prime example of two groups arguing past each other. The Techbro side (at least the side which I hope is redeemable) is defending the "ideal" of high-skill importation and is choosing that to be their defended point, failing to understand the Right's argument that the "reality" of rampant visa abuse is far removed from the "ideal", while the Right is unintentionally angering people who can't tell the difference (the Techbros) between themselves and those who defend the reality of visa abuse.
Their ideal is useless though. The fact that they can’t tell the difference, or pretend that there isn’t one, is the entire problem. The whole shitshow makes them look like the leeches most of them are.

Can you imagine how an HR department would be ran by H1-B Indians?
You do not need to imagine at all. It's remarkably common in technology consulting firms and many other sectors. You just don't notice how dogshit they are because HR is dogshit as a baseline and by design.

I have seen a lot of black pillers pretend that JD Vance is already on Elon's side for infinity pajeets despite the fact that he hasn't said anything, and in fact has subtly implied the opposite with his own tweets in the last few days.

I keep seeing cope about his Indian wife, but that doesn't mean anything. She is already married to a white man. She doesn't want to be harassed by her cousins. Nikki Haley came out in force against it and she is a indian woman. Why would indian women want to return to being raped and abused by indian men?

A free market cannot and WILL NOT prosper or exist under Democracy and the US Justice System's absurd regulations. I agree there is no place here for holes to fill, it should be American people who do so, but its optimistic to believe there will be a free market without successful secession. You will have a limited cucked market until then, with decisions made by old people who don't know what the fuck they're even doing and only listen to shareholders and general corpo inhumanoids.

A free market will require extremes not even Trump or any US politician will help with because his on-shore finances rely on the system as it is. There is a reason why if you pooled all corpo's offshore funds it would add up to 4 (allegedly 6 now) trillion dollars of unregulated, excessive financial freedom.

I'm pleasantly surprised that the President and Vice President-elect have wisely decided to stay out of a Twitter shit-fit. As much as I love Donny trolling, this debate is getting so fucking ugly that he needs to have a measured response. They are currently reading the room.

Yeah, all these service jobs that currently go to immigrant idiots were once done by high schoolers, usually with a pretty decent attitude because they liked making money and wanted to keep their job.

Where I'm from, you got your work permit at 14 and usually had been doing things under the table (babysitting, detasseling corn, mowing lawns, shoveling snow) a few years before that. You balanced your extracurriculars with your job at a fast food emporium/local diner (good for free lunch), or the local call center (nice because you could sit down and goof off between calls on slow days), or the grocery store (had some actual career progression available, a classmate who was once a bagger is now store manager and makes six figs).

It didn't destroy their ability to do well in school. It was a nice way to grow up, and you got to make early mistakes (like quitting a job without lining up another, or pissing off a boss by not communicating effectively, or whatever) with only minor consequences to your life as a whole.

I think a lot of rich people think all American students are worthless because they look at schools full of wealthy do-nothing kids who plan to major in art and music and theater after their parents told them to go live their dreams.
