The India Menace - Street shitting, unsanitary practices, scams, Hindu extremism & other things

More like five times but then living in burgerland is twenty times more expensive, in shittystan if you make $30k a year you can get a nice house, servants, your kids into a fancy privates school, all that shit, but in burgerland and specially commiefornia 150k wont get you half of that and the cheaper parts of the country dont pay those wages specially not to a currynigger with fake credentials
Most of my clients standardized their pay regardless of location when they went remote. Deloitte in particular. This, naturally, led to a bunch of fucking people genuinely working from Hyderabad.

AFAIK, even the previous Boeing crashes weren't caused by jeetcode
The Boeing issues have been around for years, and I remember wondering how can such a code quality issue occur in such industry, but I wasn't jeet pilled back then.

I found a pretty interesting article about this whole thing, and it seems that it is the usual suspect of retarded greedy management and compliant jeet engineers, which was well described by @Fcret :
The truth of the matter is simply this: the businesscucks who run these companies hate the SWE. They cannot stand the SWE. The SWE (at least the competent ones) is too scarce and too principled and too cash-rich to boss around.

The middle-management screams that the SWE must get back in the wage cage. They must commute to downtown negrofied ghettos and spend money at expensive restaurants and be present at the office for HR drones to gawk at. The SWE says no and quits to go work at a smaller business (often a competitor) that doesn't care where they work from.

Executives demand that a corner be cut so functionality can be delivered in half the time but at 3x the potential risk to end users. The SWE disagrees, it goes against their professional ethics. When executives double-down, the SWE demands they get everything in writing so they can testify when someone inevitably gets maimed/defrauded/raped by some retarded half-baked software.

Jeets (none of them are SWEs) will gladly get in the wage cage, and they love to say yes while not having things on the record. Like the barcode man says, management thinks the jeets can either do the job as good or at the very least scare the SWE into behaving lest he lose his job. This does not work - the SWE is an autist with simple pleasures. He may not even have a wife or children meaning 100% of his income is spent on himself or stashed away in savings. When the times are bad, the SWE simply fucks off and takes a vacation and nothing infuriates the businesscuck more than the fact that the SWE can simply walk away, jerk off and drink beer for a year or two, and then come back completely unscathed when the jeets have trashed the company (while demanding a considerable premium for his return). This is partly why American tech salaries are so obscene - they keep trying the jeet, the jeets ruin everything, and the domestic SWE comes back except he wants 2x the base pay he had last time and you better not call him after 5 PM or he'll take the open position at your competitor.

They hate us because they keep trying to fuck us and we invariably fuck them back. In five years, we'll be in a jeetcession again and they'll seethe about how entry-level SWEs are now making 200k/year or something absurd because time is a flat circle.

I think that the corporate America (and to be honest probably it is a global corporation problem) just serve one sole purpose of providing returns to the shareholders. No one cares about the product, quality, services provided anymore, they are just a mean to generate returns for the shareholders. Slower quarters in the Tech sector? Just do a massive layoffs to pump up the numbers. The high quality product costs too much to produce and cuts into the profits? Just cut the corners and let the consoomers eat shit. At least the greedy shareholder overlords are happy with better numbers on the sheets. It's a clear path to destruction, but the unprecedented level of wealth and power that these people have make them possessed by it. And the demon-possessed elite class has their new demon worshiping jeet-pawns to play around, and you should just accept it, stupid goy :politisperg:

Boeing is being run into the ground for quick profits, except it turns out the tactics used for this end up costing them more than just hiring competent people.

IIRC, there was an exposé on their manufacturing site where the workers (a mix of wiggers, Hispanics and blacks) openly admitted to being high on the job.

Having poor BO is a narcissistic powerplay, narcissists love that shit and they KNOW that they smell bad,
Knew a guy, Bodybuilder that did videochat for gay men, he would insist that he isn't gay and he's just taking money from fools . He would intentionally sit next to women on public transport and fart as loud as possible or just generally be annoying and loud. Haven't heard of him in 10 years and i hope he's dead from the roids.

institutional investors and asset managers collectively have a controlling share in every public company. contrary to public belief america is a centrally planned economy, just one for shareholders.

Took too long to find this thread and finally say that Attenborough voiced documentary. I feel the need to apologize for only concentrating on the Muhammedan menace for most of my life until I found the danger the Pajeet poses to the rest of the world. There's more of them in Texas by the day, and probably more to come.

We didn't realize how good we had it with the Hispanics until the Pajeet came.

Yes, Pajeet. Go back and show us how capable of building a solid business you are.

For those unaware, blind is an anonymous social media for tech bros, where you sing up using your work e-mail, so you have a badge to flex that you are working at Apple, Google, etc.
Ofc Pajeets love that site as there is a prestige associated with a company that you're working for (so something similar to the caste system).
There is a lot of milk in there, but I'm to retarded and lazy to make a thread about it, but maybe on of the effort posters will look into it.

Anyway, this Pajeets larps as a SpaceX engineer, but he has a SiFive badge which is probably a nice place to work at, but it doesn't have the clout that Pajeets want so bad.
I know an Indian guy in India who created a tech company that did and still does really, really well. Because it's an underdeveloped country there are probably way more opportunities to create companies there than there are in the US. I would be curious to know how many startups there are there versus the US and how competitive it is by comparison.

What that says about people who go to work in the US and then want to go back to prove a point I don't know. But it may also say something about the type of people that leave in the first place and what their motivations were for chasing America. I'm not well read up enough on the Indian tech sector, but unless you're actually top of your game if you can't cut it in India then I guess there must be some percentage that just try to emigrate wherever else they can.

I'm curious what the mindset is of people who stay and try to create something or be a part of something vs just apply for H1B visas at giant US tech companies where they would get paid way less and because the companies are likely already well established have less of a career path and equity.

That plus layoffs, and it's no wonder all the juniors fresh out of college are melting down that they can't find any work in their industry.
The more annoying part is people acting like it's a new thing. The biggest question people had in the Luigi thread was how a guy with a masters in fucking AI wasn't working for FAANG but some shitty website, doing the same level job they'd have college drop outs doing 20 years ago.

And that was a all honors, 4.0 gpa dude from an ivy league school with all the right internships.

I suspect anyone under 35 hasn't been able to get a job in tech because of a combination of this, diversity initiatives, and anti- trump backlash that led to even guys like Palmer lucky getting the boot.

It's even worse when "learn to code" has been the meme for the entire 2010s.
but South Korea has always baffled me with how it postures as a first world society
You can blame America for that, sort of like how Victorian England did for India or its colonies. Every shithole america propped up got the funding and the ideas that get them to semi-convincingly pretend they're a first world nation but pay attention and it's as bullshit as north koreas lies. We didn't really hear about it until recently because the media and the feds had a vested interest in proving "capitalism works, the West is the best!"

But everything from the way their idols are treated to their anti-drug policies to insane politicians prove they aren't as amazing as Japan or China. They're closer to the flips or Vietnamese or other jungle Asian countries than a proper civilization. All of BRICS is just the best 3rd world countries acting like that means they're 1st world countries.

It's like comparing college athletes to pro athletes.

IIRC the Koreans were still a slave based farming eco and didn't have a writing system and everyone walked around barely wearing clothes like Africans before the Japanese took them over. There's a reason they love their fried chicken and rap

India has this thing where taxes and regulations only apply once your company reaches a certain size. India has corrupt institutions so companies never become giant and lots of little companies remain.

This simultaneously cripples the country and creates an entrepreneurial spirit where anybody can start a business. It is a bizarre thing and I believe part of why Indians in the US actually do well in business. Part of doing well in business is starting the damn thing in the first place.

before the 1980s north korea was the more developed half of the peninsula due to cheap soviet oil. when america kneecapped japan with the 1986 US-japan semiconductor agreement and the plaza accords, the appreciating yen pushed them to offshore huge amounts of production to south korea, taiwan, and china.

If it gets really bad, it could end up like the TFW program in Canada. Jeets paying money under the table to get to a western country.
Canada is just a sneak preview of what to expect in the US soon after they start the brown flood in Ernest. House prices x3, people shitting on beaches, no IT jobs even with 5+ years of experience, jeets flooding even jobs like construction and roadwork, and tv shows/signs appealing to Hindus only.
