If you actually read what he's shown and said about his medical history over the years it starts looking very weird.

On the one hand, he is allegedly seeing doctors two hours away from him at one of the most prestigious and well-resourced hospitals in the world who have been stumped and unable to diagnose him over a period of more than 4 years, but there's no sign of any research publications off the basis of this apparently very unusual and novel case. There's also the fact that Jim also claims to have already gone to said prestigious hospital in his teens for an unrelated extremely rare condition where all the specialists were stumped in that case, too.

Also if you look at the medical chart he showed on stream, there's a gap where he has censored 2 health issues, what's the point of radical transparency if you're going to have not just a cropped screenshot but also pieces obviously censored?

He couches it in "le self-deprecating joke" but this is one of Jim's more obnoxious qualities. No matter what the situation is, he refuses to humble himself. Cop pulled you over for drunk driving? Best example of this was when he did ten streams in a row giggling about how COVID was going to kill everyone on the planet (which was FUNNY and COOL because Jim is so COOL and DETACHED) and refuses to this day to admit he was wrong.
