April 1st 2022

A year after the Rittenhouse trial and less than 2 weeks before the Depp trial?

The 2 trials that nailed him untold riches?

This nigger is retarded
Was Null just outnigged?

What's crazy is that last year it was finding out that Mandy was a man which pushed Nick over the finish line. At around this time last year we all thought that was the pinnacle of embarrassment for Nick.

Look at where we are now...
Nick is going to be dead this time next year the way he is going.

He's going to get whatever money is left after the bank gets paid $307k plus penalties, legal fees, costs, and everything else they can Jew up.
The bank gets only gets what they are owed. That is all they are entitled to. (plus fees, goy). Nick gets what ever is left over.
Doesn't the trust own the house? Wouldn't the trust get the money? I know he's said before that he made the trust but he's a pathological liar and I know he hates that people know he's a trust fund kid. I don't know anything about Minnesota law or loans, that's something Nick and I have in common so I don't know.
For the sake of his kids I wish. He could only be a detriment to their lives while conscious/alive.
Maybe he was priming his 8 year old with coke to be his top earner one day.

Completely wild guess, doesn't the mortgage roughly line up with his "Worst Day Ever"? IIRC that was around May 2022, but maybe whatever events led up to that started earlier than we thought. Although I can't think of any reason he'd immediately need $300k, besides something like gambling or drug debts.

Holy shit. I just want to be a fly on the wall when Nick's parents catch wind (potentially already caught) of their retard son's latest fuck-up.
Going to go ahead and re-plop down my 80s sitcom head cannon about how the Rekietas handle their son's "growing moments".
Nick, having done it again, faces his parents. Bob puts his hands on his hips and gives Nick the stern frowny face he's given a million times before to let Nick know that this time is serious business. Celeste tells Nick that she knows he's a good boy, but he can't keep doing these things and drugs are horrible for him.

Nick, in his high-pitched faggot voice, yells that they don't know what they are talking about before storming out of the room.

Bob and Celeste turn to each other and share a little smile; Nick is still young, barely even 40, and they know that one day when he grows up he'll look back and realize how silly he has been.

Roll end credits with instrumental version of opening theme song.

So, he bought the house cash (probably with help from daddy), then while literally making thousands of dollars a day, he took out a mortgage on it? For what? To have more in his checking account to snort up his nose?
We knew about the mortgage being taken out. He kept talking about his plans for renovating. Of course he fucked up his gravy train after that.

I'm a bit surprised to see it going to auction so soon. That means all other options have failed. I guess they can always pull the other house off the market and move back into it, neglected as it is.

I do wonder if mumsy will buy the house at the foreclosure sale, though.
