On closer reading, the "Robert Lord property trust" seems to be public confirmation that Nick Rekieta is a trust fund brat. The timing of the mortgage is also suspicious, since it's a bit too early for the time that the superchats really dried up.

The LoTY October surprise rears its head again.
$316,000 loan April 1st 2022.
$307.700 still owed.
30 year fixed was 4.75% on April 1st 2022.
That means he stopped paying his mortgage in either November or December of 2023.

lol.

If these maths are correct, November 2023 was about the time that he started hard on his degeneracy streams and started telling people to leave.

The studio is the gun safe/closet that is behind the kids' music room. It's in the house.

It may be that the "worst day in the world" was getting cut off of the money flow by mommy and daddy. The mortgage is relatively close in time to that point, but not exactly the same.
Why would he take a reverse mortgage back when his streaming is doing its best? Or if it was before that boon, why didn't he pay it off with the influx of cash?
Do you think he took the mortgage out to get Randazza for the Monty case?

His 'worst day' was in the middle of the Depp Trial so very near to this equity mortgage. This gives another light on the issue being financial conflict with his parents.

This was a half year BEFORE Monty sued him.

Ok, so who's gonna take the plunge and buy the place?

I would legitimately put in an offer if this were in the 5 figure range. My resources do jot stretch further than that, however...

Wait wait wait...did this motherfucker reverse mortgage his own home to get money to buy a second home for his side piece? Instead of just mortgaging that second home? That's too retarded for me to even fathom.

No, he is likely selling the old home (and kicked out the family who lived there rent-free due to financial struggles) to pay for his stupidity.

Not necessarily. According to the foreclosure documents, the house isn't owned by Rekieta. It's owned by the Robert Lord Trust. How the Trust is set up will depend very much on whether or not it is subject to bankruptcy protection. For example, who are the trustees? Is it just Rekieta? Or is it the rest of his family? If it's the latter they may have told Rackets to pound sand because if Rackets can't pay, the Creditors can go after them. So the house will be foreclosed and sold.

He claimed it was set up so that the 'children would always have a home' years ago. How is that working out?

Also, the paperwork onto gr foreclosure lists both Kayla and Nick as trustees.

Just a reminder. This was Nick’s NYE tweet for 2023.

Has Nick Rekieta found joy in losing his primary residence?

*laughs in rentfag*

In all seriousness… this is not news I enjoy. I want Nick to be caught running around Spicer naked, painted purple and calling himself Magi-Chan. I don’t want news of five children possibly losing their home, over literally nothing.

He had a house. Scot-free. Solid transportation (no, not the Mustang). He could have invested in his children’s futures. He could afford to make more Dairy Queen visits than the average American.

I am compelled to quote Jim, “was it worth it, Nick?”

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA WHAT AN IDIOT

Seriously, I can't even fathom this depth of stupidity and addict retardation. He lost his house BECAUSE HE WAS TOO MUCH OF A JUNKIE RETARD TO MAKE MORTGAGE PAYMENTS! Holy fucking shit lol

Okay, okay, here's my theory. Junkie Nickie wanted a sex dungeon in his house naonaonao back in early 2022. He didn't have the money to pay up front, so he takes out a nice mortgage which also helps him pay for his escalating alcohol addiction and trips to hookers. Contractor eventually drops out of the sex dungeon project, probably because working with a skelly creep who keeps begging you to fuck his wife is weird. Nick blows the money on a Hedonism 2 vacation, does lots of drugs, and becomes a full-blown addict. He never touches the mortgage payment because he's a lazy faggot who doesn't pay his bills on time. Mortgage money all gets snorted up his nose, spent on hookers and balldos, or goes into his Rustang.

And now Nick is staring down the barrel of homelessness. There is no level of self-destruction Nick can't manage.

Some general clarifications about the foreclosure process:

The foreclosure sale may not happen. Even though foreclosure has been filed for, if Nick can come up with the cash, his house will not be sold out from under him. Banks do not go through foreclosure proceedings simply out of spite, they just want to recover their money. Nick still has a second home that could be sold, however previously he appeared to be holding out for top dollar. If he drops the price and proceeds with some urgency, it seems likely he can come up with the money.

If the house is sold for $800k at auction, the bank does not get to keep that entire amount. The bank will get the amount it was owed, plus late fees, plus the costs they incurred to foreclose. They do not get to keep anything beyond that, as they are not legally entitled to it.

Nick is not protected by the house being in a trust. This is true for many reasons, however one reason is that Nick's trust is a "revocable trust" (confirmed here) which simply does not offer the type of protections that people associate with trusts (which are "irrevocable trusts").

I just realized their monthly mortgage payment is likely only in the range of $1000-1500 a month as well. Just basing off experience. Give or take. Baffling.
Technically, it is 1877.93 plus necessary insurance premiums plus monthly property tax amount (The lender will almost always bake these into a monthly obligation, so the underlying asset isn't lost to tragedy or failure to pay property taxes. He does however get around any PMI payments because he has under 75% loan to value). Even if the insurance and property tax throw the payment closer to 2200, it still is retarded to not keep up with minimum payments.

If he had to take out a mortgage in mid 2022 that would indicate his spending was never under control and his financial situation was a lot worse when he started being openly full degenerate.

For me this is another piece of evidence that he was always degenerate and unable to act like an adult and it wasn't a new development just that his degeneracy became public. Be careful choosing your online role models, I guess. And he still had the nerve to complain about people being disappointed.

I’m thinking it was a way for Cuck to get his grubbing hands on some cash without his Mom knowing about it. Your theory fits with that angle, too.

It’s still strange that he never paid it back, seeing as he had quite a few huge paydays after the fact. The Rumble contract, at the least, should have easily paid that back. It doesn’t compute. Vacations aren’t that expensive. Even 5 digit ones. He may have been playing up being super wealthy, but still, it doesn’t add up. There’s a gaping hole that has to include something like the $20k a month on coke, but as a minimum number spent. Or gambling. Or throwing hundred dollar bills at every faggot he talked to in the last two years.

This is counting lawsuit estimates as well. It doesn’t add up unless there’s some secret expenses that have yet to be determined.

If there is a harvest deity at play, need some fresh drama in some facets to spice things up. Just a mild prayer/thought thrown out there
Just you remember that with great power comes great responsibility.

I wonder if the mustang got repossessed
God, I hope so. He loves that thing more than his kids. He'd be stood there sobbing as it was loaded up.

Where is the nearest food bank???
Probably at his former church.

Like he got drunk and said "Hey, the house is in trust, they can't evict me if I take a mortgage and don't pay it back" and just thought he discovered a free money glitch?
I believe this to be an accurate summation of events.
