The most likely path for criminal prosecution is admittedly rare, but if he goes unhinged against the “bias judge” enough he might be referred to another judge to be checked on. (The judge is likely to overlook/ignore much Russ rants against him but he could push it too far - however that’s unlikely until after a judgement is declared. Russ thinks he is winning, remember.)

I think that Russ needs to do more to show this know=nothing judge how WRONG and BIAS he is. The 10th Circuit CLEARLY said he had a case!

As far as I know, we only have Russhole's word on any of this, and he has proven himself time and time again to be a very unreliable narrator.

Agree the (supposed) "Hof statement" could be read multiple ways regarding what Russell was given. However, if you read this statement along with the other accounts Russell has provided of this story, it looks much less likely that he got a threesome out of it (or had sex with 3 back-to-back). Below are three different tellings of what Russell got from Hof following this incident, in Russell's own words.

"Mr. Hof felt that this was not right and cut her monies in half to a $2,000 booking and gave the balance to 3 other ladies in the house to fillful (sic) his wish." [Hof's statement, widely believed to be drafted by Russel]

While Greer is clearly either changing facts or significantly twisting them in each retelling, so we can never know exactly what happened, taken as a whole it seems unlikely he got a threesome or other expensive/exotic sexual experience. In the messages where he is more explicit regarding a follow-up encounter, he mentions only a single woman and says the experience was not worth much money. The only mention of three women simply states claims that Hof gave them money, and Russel has given prostitutes money to seem like a "gentleman" before.

as someone who has watched a lot of court video for sov-cits going pro-se, i can say that judges are suppose to hold pro-se to the same level of accountability as an attorney. they are suppose to know and follow court rules, procedures, and the law the same as a real attorney. and if a real attorney would be admonished or punished for something, the judge is suppose to do the same for a pro-se litigant. this is something the judges routinely warn sov-cits about whenever they say they are representing themselves.

Thanks both for letting me know so promptly. I edited the post once I saw your comments, so the orignal statement was only up for about a half hour.

If the ominous looking edit sparks curiosity in future readers, rest assured there was no legal bombshell. My comment was a much more specific version of "Russell would have to do less work responding to Harden if he stopped making so many baseless claims." While I did not believe what I was posting could hurt the Farms even if implemented, I completely understand the desire to be zero-tolerance on this point given the costly headache this entire ordeal has been. Will be sure to avoid posting anything that could be interpreted as specific legal advice regardless of what that advice is.
