I watched the video, it doesn't prove anything. The photos don't depict anything sexually explicit and the chat logs have no credibility to back them up.

Something else that I was thinking about:

Sam has had multiple run-ins with the police and at least one run-in with the FBI. He is an outspokenly right wing social provocateur who co-starred in a comedy skit encouraging laypeople to kill bankers. In another video he co-starred in, he shoots guns with Charls and makes jokes about killing journalists. Every mass casualty event gets falsely attributed to him at least once. There's no way that Sam isn't high up some prestigous federal watch lists. If the Marky evidence is so rock solid, why hasn't law enforcement bothered with it at all despite it being out there for 10 years now?

The age of consent in Rhode Island is 16 and there is no evidence or claim of grooming or coercive behaviour. you could argue that her being 16 makes it coercive by default and yes I would probably agree, but from a legal standpoint there is nothing to pin him down on.

No one is going to be convinced to either side if everyone just keeps repeating the same argument. The accusers won't be convinced sam isn't an evil pedo rapist and the doubters won't be convinced by discord and facebook screenshots and red string theories tying his skits to them. To me, and clearly many others, there is a need for high quality evidence before calling someone a rapist and/or a pedophile, and clearly the standard of evidence hasn't been enough to convince those many people. Reposting and arguing about the same screenshots won't get the conversation anywhere.
If your argument is that you call other people pedos with the same amount or less proof than sam, maybe that says more about your willingness to accuse people without credible proof than about the people defending sam.
By all means, if someone could provide better proof of his abuse I would appreciate it, but if said proof exists I don't think we would be having this argument right now.
