The idea of him having a rape dungeon is very optimistic: for Lucas to have one of those, he'd have to own property or locate a hideout somewhere, and to successfully abduct someone to put in his rape dungeon he'd have to be smarter or more physically capable than they are. If he were to drug them he'd have to find/obtain roofies from someone, using money.
All that is way beyond him.

Really that's sort of Lucas' whole situation. He's like what a rapist would be, except he's too stupid, crippled, and lazy to actually sexually assault a healthy person and get away with it, so he basically wants society to just give him someone he can victimize.

I think the Creeper meant Larry and Myrna sold the house they had in Washington for $250,000. You are right whatever "nest egg" Larry and Myrna have, they are spending it. Myrna is not one to limit herself. I'm sure Myrna does not want the Creeper to lose the gov't benefits he has so no way will she leave him any amt of money that will cut him off. Except for throwing him a bone on his birthday she doesn't give him any money so I'm wondering if she'll even leave him a trust fund. His younger brother Seth will likely get all the inheritance.
