Aaron Update. Show is happening now. I'm sure it will be clipped but he starts on this about 20 min. into it.
On the foreclosure, speaking in 3rd person in a purposely self-important manner (he thinks he's being funny):
"Aaron is the man who killed the Rekieta empire!"
Aaron goes into detail about Nick's efforts to get him to buy the 2nd home:
- They toured the home and Nick sold him hard on what a good deal it would be.
- Aaron claimed that Nick offered $350K for a home worth $450K. Those were the numbers Nick used.
- Nick pressed hard citing the lack of a realtor commission, and transaction costs.
- Aaron claimed that he never seriously considered it bc his kids had no interest in moving and his marriage with April was on the rocks.*
- Aaron now realizes that the $350K would have solved all of Nick's financial problems.
*I call a bit of bullshit on this one. Ashley could contest it (and we know she would). In 50/50 custody (Aaron and Ashley's agreement), the Court must approve a move over 50 miles in MN. Distance bw St. Cloud and Spicer is just over 50 miles.
I believe this story aside from what I noted.
Edit: ETA - See below for clip.
