It's his parents' home. He most assuredly doesn't live there, but also he likely doesn't have a mailing address in Vegas atm. He expects them to forward the check to him...somehow.
It's the new year, and there is bound to be a lot of new cases and lawsuits as the year goes on. If the judge is smart he'd try to clear out some old cases before he's swamped. We now come back to the question of whether the judge wants to let Russ keep shuffling along with a zombie case (based on his inability to identify and enter anything useful into evidence) or to put it down now as a mercy to everyone. I'd guess even odds.
That would make sense, but he listed an NV po box in his amended complaint so why wouldn't he just have checks sent there?I can't help but wonder if an alternative explanation exists: Russ is homeless and has no address to his name so he wants Hardin to mail checks to his dad's house so he can pick them up eventually. I think it could go either way at this point, stranger things have happened in this case.
It's his old PO box. He used an old document and failed to update it. He does that a lot. That would make sense, but he listed an NV po box in his amended complaint so why wouldn't he just have checks sent there?
How the fuck is russ affording 2100 in rent a month? There isn't exactly much Ubering in Wyoming, their ain't many people!
Maybe I missed it, but his original complaint lists a UT PO box, not sure if the NV box he listed in the new one has shown up.It's his old PO box. He used an old document and failed to update it. He does that a lot.
And the other document had his old apartment address where he was evicted from which apparently is where Hardin sent the check. It's his old PO box. He used an old document and failed to update it. He does that a lot.
Do you not read every single word in this thread?Maybe I missed it, but his original complain lists a UT PO box, not sure if the NV box he listed in the new one has shown up.
Thank you, sorry I'm not intimately familiar with every document that has been filed in this clusterfuck of a case.Do you not read this thread?
Yea, it does, I found it in a 2021 document
no fucking way, Hardin reopened the district punting issue again
Counterpoint: Is Hardin possibly making a mistake in doing all this work, essentially, for Russ? Could it be that the judge looks at this and thinks, "Well, if Hardin is willing to put up with this bullshit, so should I"?i was all ready to say hardin is absolutely cutthroat, but no, not really. he’s just expecting russell to follow the fucking rules, and actually holding him accountable to those rules. russell has always seen himself as basically a lawyer, and he’s upset and tard-raging over being expected to do what an actually really real lawyer actually does. hardin is doing probably 10x the work and 10x the effort communicating with russell than he would if he were dealing with fellow counsel in this case. extra good on him for essentially getting all his email communication with russell into evidence. at SOME FUCKING POINT, the judge HAS to see that being lenient to a pro-se litigant does not mean allowing the defense to eat up time and money because the retard refuses to cooperate or understand. russell has admitted many times over he is out of his depth, how fucking far out of his depth does he have to continue to be for this judge to realize what a colossal waste of fucking time and money this is???

A...useful mistake?Counterpoint: Is Hardin possibly making a mistake in doing all this work, essentially, for Russ?

Rusty's thread wasn't created until May 2017, and a search for "Greer" prior to March 1, 2017 only shows results for Leo and Germaine. We had never once spoken about Russell Greer (YET) so how are we responsible for something that happened in February 2017?
“the Swifties” do not even know who he is.He doesn't know how IT really works.
Again, it's all irrelevant to copyright.
Also, what happened in his 'former city' was probably brought on by himself bragging about the lawsuit and the Swifties were not happy.
No. The madness only ends through equal madness. Russ wants a fight. He will get one.Counterpoint: Is Hardin possibly making a mistake in doing all this work, essentially, for Russ?
