Nicholas Robert Rekieta / Rekieta "Law" / Actually Criminal / @NickRekieta - Polysubstance enthusiast, "Lawtuber" turned Dabbleverse streamer, swinger, "whitebread ass nigga", snuffs animals for fun, visits 🇯🇲 BBC resorts. Legally a cuckold who lost his license to practice law. Wife's bod worth $50. The normies even know.
This is why I have often hoped he would succumb to alcohol poisoning or drug overdose, to completely eliminate the chances of him being a family annihilator. The organ damage should significantly decrease his life span, but it's best if he is taken by surprise.
I just want Nick to take out the rope (he's banned from guns) and string himself up on livestream. Sadly, it's probably the only way this moron will clench a third Lolcow of the Year title since he set the bar so high last year. But who knows, maybe he'll finally get a DUI and we'll get bodycam footage of the now-licenseless Law Pope getting tard-wrangled by some state troopers.

I wish the thought of loosing ones house was shocking enough to wake up an addict from their stupor... But add the layer of narcissist with BPD the need for crisis self made, (95% of the time) and self harm are hallmarks of BPD... So the bigger the crisis the more at home and control/blame "the world\goberment\parents". "It's not my fault my life is falling apart".. I think that is the real drug they crave some weird psychosomatic tick that fills them with a bizarre reason to be alive. Where most people would be breaking the door down to put out the fires... they dump gas on it. And yell they have it much worse.
The irony is that nothing honey did was actually a scam and their product did exactly what it was advertised to do. That British idiot just wanted to get famous for that video and YouTubers are such greedy idiots that they fell for it.
LegalEagle probably also knows that there’s no legal basis for this and he’s just trying to grift his audience for the third time.
Nick always loved to talk about “the grift” but he wasn’t even good at grifting
I see people disagreeing with this, but you are correct on it not being illegal.
While awful and immoral swapping a reference code out is not illegal. They probably have it even written in their EULA or agreement program for whenever you download / use it. Which SHOULD be illegal.
Its shady shit and you should avoid everyone involved with the project and future projects but there's no legal grounds.
The only bottom with Nick is Nick himself. He has always found a way to go lower.
We thought 2 years ago was bad and it only got worse.
Never believe it is over with Nick. We have plea entry coming up this month and who knows where it will go or what they'll say.
I believe he will fuck up sooner or later though.
Y’all are brutal I just want him to be laughed at. Nothing hurts a narcissist more than ruthless mockery. Drama? Lies? Anger? They thrive off that shit.
But laughing at them keeps them up at night, pacing the house.
Time to close the year with a Balldaudit.
Let's take a closer look at Skelly's finances. Feel free to chime in your own deets and sources.
In the month of October, 2024, Nick Rekieta spent over $205 in superchats. Most went to the fat nonce called Patrick Melton.
In the month of November, 2024, Nick Rekieta spent over $250 in superchats. Most went to the fat nonce called Patrick Melton.
I counted $105 (or more) for December, 2024.
That's a total of $560 over the three-month-span I kept logs.
He shows off his manbaby toys:
A fucking $3000 Wacom Cintiq to arrange stuff in OBS.
He paid scalpers $2200 to get this stupid graphics card.
Sony a7R4 and a 24mm Gay-master lens. It was introduced at $3500 which no doubt he paid that much, and an additional $1500 for the lens. $5,000.
Shure 535 in ear monitors + 64 audio a18s in ear monitors with custom molds, around $3500
Herman Miller Emboss Logitech chair. $1600. This is the same chair Lucas Roberts owns.
$650 a month for Westlaw. He pays that much a month instead of paying back the fucking loan he took out against his primary residence
Also of relevance. I made these a while ago but I forgot where they were posted and couldn't find my other breakdown.
How much money do we have?
$560 over three months in paypiggery, or over $2200 assuming this holds true for a year.
$1600 for a stupid chair.
$2200 for a scalped card and $250 for a cheap stupid chintzy xbox fridge.
$650 a month or $7800 a year for Westlaw.
IEMs for $3500.
$5000 camera and lens.
$3000 Wacom Cintiq, it's fair to assume those other monitors are at least $1000 each because he's a mark. The mic is probably another $500, the entire PC is probably $6000+.
That's over $30k to satiate his manbaby needs. I haven't even considered those stupid webhammer 5k whatever dork toys, their $3000 a month snack budget, Our Wife's Lego addiction, and an assortment of other unnecessary expenses. They're also subscribed to shitty disposable fashion deliveries, buys too many sex toys and refuses to do laundry.
How much did he spend on that gay rustang? All this money could have went to loan repayments so he doesn't lose his damn house.
Bonus, this was made early 2024 because certain people bitched about the 2023 poll results.
Anyway, Skelly, you still have that picture of a cat on shrooms? I'll pay $12.99 for it. Include next-day shipping please. Also don't share my dox with Elliot William Fong. XX
The funniest thing about the mortgage and foreclosure is when Nicky had a spat with Legal Bites he went on and on about how the Rittenhouse and Depp booms were temporary and there will be lean times between boom times and that all these other Lawtubers weren't ready for lean times.

I seem to recall he also tried to present himself as a master of social media and made himself open to consultations while criticising Heard's team. Kinda ironic considering he likes to walk around repeatedly shooting himself in the foot.

I still cant get over his fuckery with the winning formula.
Do big trials do panels, hire a paralegal to do some basic bitch research do a law show, and then do "rekita law...after dark" where he tries new shit and see what sticks....oh wait thats too much like having a job!
If you make wrong decisions that go against your beliefs, then how are they beliefs, retard, if not believed enough to put into practice?? DURRR??? It sounds more like you have ideas about virtue that you're too lazy to put into practice, in which case no one wants to hear about them because that's pathetic.

When Nick dishes out life advice, it's always about some fuckup he's made or will make in short order. It's hard to tell if this is him just making the mouth noises he thinks sound good at that particular moment, if he thinks he's too smart for the usual rules to apply to him, or if there's some part of his brain that actually tries to warn him. But he always does it, like clockwork.
The foreclosure is on the Robert Lord Trust home, an asset held for the benefit of Nick and Kayla's children, as I recall. Nick and Kayla are the Trustees. I know a little about trusts as a layperson, but my understanding is that Trustees have a fiduciary duty to maintain and protect the Trust's assets and value, to the best of their ability.
Even Nick wouldn't write up a trust that permits him (as Trustee) to access funds for personal enrichment. If he did include that as a clause, Celeste certainly would have objected.
*I think some trusts may allow asset liquidation for an exceptional event, such as medical treatment for one of the beneficiaries*
This must be the type of ethics violation that could get a lawyer disbarred, right?
Also, who would have to file suit for this? A Guardian Ad Litum? The children themselves?
Would the courts investigate? The bank/SEC?
I'm just curious if this mortgage that Nick took out as Trustee is yet another terminal velocity fuck-up that will eventually bite him in the ass.
Also, as a side note from many pages back, I don't believe the foreclosure will have any effect on Nick's credit score, and any extra money from the potential Sheriff's Sale would go to the Trust.
I have seen from first hand experience that trust kinda suck, I ve also soon trustee not follow the directions of trusts.
Trust are enforceable but they are not public records, and the benificaries of the trust meaning the kids would have to sue their parents for breach.
here is a simple example a father/grandfather kept a ledger of everyone he "loaned" money too, then made it clear to his trustee a member of the family that there was a list of people to "fuck over" when he died.
Now following grandpa wishes would generate a bunch of drama in the family, they just wanted to get along, so his wishes were ignored.
When I read this I instantly thought "well he can just rent a house short term at least, its not ideal but hey, its something" but then I remembered that he might just not have income?
Any nickstorian can tell me if Nick currently has any revenue other than daddy's money?
Hes not a lawyer anymore and he basically stopped doing the youtube and locals thing. So is there any money coming in?
None. For starters the locals was a one time payment for a year for most people and most haven't renewed their subscription. He doesn't stream, so he doesn't get super chats or new memberships. His main source of income were streams, not videos, those have a dog shit rewatchability and do jack shit for addsense on YouTube. He is a non-practicing non-lawyer, he has failed to show up to represent his only client in recent history (April Imholte on her speeding tickets) and he got his license suspended because he didn't meet the education requirements. Unless he has a side hustle going like Uber or putting the fries in the bag, then he has nothing going on that is monetizable.
